Visions appeared nice and friendly, but the manager signing me up to join wasn't the brightest light bulb in the box, so I simply walked out. Tired of this nonsense in Syracuse.

For the past twenty years I've been doing business with Visions Federal Credit Union in Binghamton and N. Syracuse & can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. There friendly 1st. class staff is always well informed, rates are very fair & the places are spotlessly clean.
