Thank you Andrea for sitting with me to figure out my dad’s flip phone. It was no easy task but you did it. He’s so happy to have his phone and tablet working again. Thank you for your patience with us. Kevin helped too!

The customer service provided was fantastic and we found exactly what we needed. Everything went through without a hitch!
I can’t remember specifically the names of the salespeople but they started with a Y and the other was the manager!
