Great experience and customer service at this Verizon location! Mayla R. helped me with a new installation of a screen protector and was able to modify my monthly bill saving me $$$ for a service I wasn’t using! I highly recommend this store and ask for Mayla or Connor!! They are fantastic!

Great customer service and professionalism at this location! Went in on a Sunday morning and was in and out within 45 minutes. Everything was efficiently communicated and handled by their Sales Professional, Sam. He was informative and easy to work with. I would highly recommend doing business in this location!

Sam here is AWESOME! very honest and transparent and went above and beyond to help us with our bill and give us fair prices. Best one in syracuse! just a little tricky to catch the location around the circle.
