I stopped last week to look into a possible upgrade, the staff was polite and got to me as fast as they could. He was also very helpful and honest.

Verizon has the rudest people working in every location it’s not just this one. In all of them, the sales rep approaches you looking unprofessional and smelling like drugs. Then they ask “what do you need?” In the rudest demeanor like the customers are a bother. Then the best part, they have no clue what they are doing. Verizon has great service but the workers are cocky and unprofessional.

Towards the end of November, my SIM card stopped working and I had no 5G or texting ability on my iPhone 12. came to the mall today and Don, the manager, fixed it in under 15 minutes. Amazing service! And the SIM replacement was free with no charges. Thank you so much Don, for helping me <3

Had to pay my bill guy in there said the machine that takes your money and does not give you change like his x wife was in the corner.I got a laugh out that store was clean got greeted fast help was nice a lot better than them other verizon stores were they have suits on and try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need and lie to you and take all of your money.I think there called cellular sales and there not the real Verizon this place was the real deal if you see a suit and tie at a Verizon you are not in the real Verizon just a heads up.

So helpful, we purchased a new phone and they transferred a number as my daughter and I traded phones in store. This was a long process but the employee assisting us was awesome. She was funny, friendly, and great with all customers she came in contact with. The time flew by. This store has a true team as each employee helped one another. We will definitely be back to this location and refer family and friends.

Worst customer service ever...Don't bother going if your having problems or issues....Have my receipt have my Sim card have my scan pass code and they still wouldn't help me

I'm unsure if new staff has been hired despite older reviews, but I had a ball getting my new phone and tablet. I initially came in because my current phone was completely smashed and I needed a new one. Sales rep Johnathan was the first to greet me so I stayed with him throughout the sell. He was patient and definitely helped customize things to my standards. Even when my baby was fussy he got him a lollipop and that kept he calm while we wrapped up the sale. Even the store Manger E was a great addition to the process while he suggest things that were great ideas for what I wanted and needed. Thank guys for such a great experience happy to be a new member of the Verizon family !!

0/5 for customer service. I came in trying to resolve issues with Myverizon account and upgrade my device. My phone was out of battery and the staff said they could not help me otherwise and I was shewed away like a bug.
