After proving multiple times that there own policy allowed for 108 inches total she continued to deny it because”well, I’ve never seen it before so”I’ve shipped these boxes to family over see for 15 years.

There are a lot of post offices to choose from in Syracuse and this one is my favorite. Staff are friendly, small waiting area that is quick even when crowded the wait isnt unbearable.

Mailman didn't even knock on door or ring bell. I've waited all day for this mail that needs to be signed for. The mailman was only next door by the time I called out to them and wouldn't come back with my piece of mail so I could sign for it. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.

The one lady that I always drop my packages off to is very friendly and never fails to wish me a good day. Very small location, but they do their job well :)

The man at the counter (Jeff?) was passive-aggressive. He tried to hide his annoyance with a false smile and with snide remarks (saying things like: “I should have stayed in collegeâ€), which he likely thought I would not know were directed to me. I did not appreciate his condescending nature and I will not be returning to this post office because of his behavior.
