My package was not delivered. My mail was on the package. I don’t know why it wasn’t delivered. The weather was not bad. I called you guys from each number I keep talking to a robot, not a human being. You guys really suck I’m talking to the robot and she doesn’t understand what I’m saying :(Very disappointed

The carrier is trying to tell me where to put the mail box on my house. The lies they tell about having a hold cause no one lives there, to the mailbox being in the wrong place. They dont realize to not deliver the mail is a US CODE violation perhaps the FBI should get involved since the supervisor can't get them to not hold up delivery.18 U.S. Code § 1703 - Delay or destruction of mail or newspapers

They claim they delivered my package but yet I never received it and I was home, they supposedly left it at the front apartment which is not even my apartment and upon checking a neighbors ring cam a few houses down at the supposedly time of delivery which was a little tad blurry I might add but neither me nor my neighbor saw any package delivered at all door the it was claimed to be drop off which again I might add isn't my apartment; didn't see the vehicle on the camera nor the package! It was an expensive package too, called their facility and the manager I spoke to tried to brush me off like it's my fault to why I didn't get it even though it wasn't even delivered to my apartment in the first place.I asked for corporates number and he tried to say that I shouldn't bother because the ticket will only go to them anyways. Opened a case with corporate and the division office closed the case 2 days later behind my back without the issue being solved. Even after this incident nothing is corrected and my packages are still going to the first Apt and not my actual apartment even though the apartment numbers are labeled on the mailbox. Even my mail is still showing up in their mailbox when the mailboxes are labeled with the apartment numbers. This is honestly the worst post office I have ever dealt with through the years overall, even the few times doing simple sending packages at the facility is so unwelcoming. The workers there that I have dealt with are rude and try to talk down to you, every single time I have incurred this. As a federally funded business with tax players money and paying for deliveries I should be able to get my mail without all of the stress and agony, this is not acceptable in the slightest!

honestly if 0 stars was a thing I would pick it, my package didn't come and they said I have to go pick it up... I did everything ups wanted me to do

So incredibly nice. We went for a passport application/photo and didn't know that you needed an appointment. They offered to do it anyway and were efficient and very nice the entire time. Taking a photo of an infant can be difficult at best and they were excellent! Thank you to Christina for being kind and so good at your job!

They lost a package on me. When I called them they said stuff like it was a sub. Or I don't remember seeing a package. Or we will call you back. Finally today I said just admit you. And fund it and have no Intention of finding it. They did then rudely hung up. This post office either needs to closed permanently or it needs all new staff.

Yeah they lost a package sent to my grandmother as a thanksgiving gift) and I went through hurdles (3-4 calls + 5-6 emails + 2 opened cases) to finally have Customer Service supervisor say package is gone. The entirety of my struggles took 2 months and she never got the gift, something that was customized and I hoped would cheer her up because of how her life has been affected very recently.I remember being in some call with someone who was accusatory. It was baffling and this is what happened: He was repeating a number to verify with me. I heard the wrong thing, so I told him that wasn’t right. Then I told him the actual number. He said it was what he said, which was both an unnecessary thing to say and spoken in a rude tone. He acted insulted as if I just questioned his authority and accused him of doing something wrong when anyone with common sense would assume I’d simply misheard and move on. And yes, his tone emanated contempt and disgruntlement at being in a call at all. [There is a chance my call was actually with another company and not USPS so I will remove that little anecdote if I end up realizing this is the wrong company to blame, only for that specific case of rudeness].I’m glad the actual Supervisor of Customer Service emailed me directly in the end but now I have to fight the vendor (from AliExpress) so that I can get my money back - which they are still refusing. If I successfully re-open communication with her I might give another star.

This review is strictly related to this office.The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, while still being efficient. I’ve had terrible experiences at other offices but I can’t thank them enough for the help they provided to me for past year and a half.USPS as a whole would not get 5 stars, more like -10. But that’s not the fault of the employees at this office. They do everything they can to be helpful and deal with so much BS from rude customers.
