Destiny Mall-Toni is amazing! If you need a hair rescue he is the best hands down-and is very nice! The store owner is THE best I have ever experienced-comes over and talks with you about your experience and highly of her staff-she is amazing too!

My wife and Daughter had an amazing time there getting their hair cut. Cabrini and Mariam were very kind and friendly to my daughter, it was only her second time getting her hair cut and they made her feel comfortable and safe. They really went above and beyond to make my family have a good experience. I would highly recommend them to cut any child or adult's hair. My 4 year old loved her haircut.

I've been a regular customer at Ulta for quite some time now, drawn in by the wide variety of products available at different price points and the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the store. However, my recent visit to Ulta Store 396 left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a staff member, which was a nice gesture. I declined assistance since I'm familiar with the products I usually purchase, I was approached again by another associate. What struck me was that while I was standing in an aisle with another customer, the associate completely ignored them and directed their attention solely towards me. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice that the next person the associate greeted was also a person of color, like myself. This raised concerns for me about fair treatment and respect within the store. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I decided to address my concerns with the manager. Unfortunately, my conversation with the manager only added to my disappointment. They seemed dismissive and disregarded my feedback, which left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. Overall, while I've generally had positive experiences at Ulta, this recent encounter at Store 396 has made me rethink spending my money here. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of my race or any other factor. I hope that Ulta takes steps to address these issues and ensures that all customers feel valued and respected in their stores.

I came into this Ulta a week before I was in a wedding to find some new foundation. I was looking to upgrade and I had no idea what I wanted. Shout out Madison/Maddie!! She was such a huge help. She went above and beyond to try about 12 different shades of foundation from a bunch of different brands on my face until I was happy with one that was the right shade and wear. She also recommended me an amazing moisturizer. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

Went in here to buy a gift card and staff was incredibly friendly to me and I absolutely know nothing about makeup and stuff like that so I got a gift card I can't miss that way? I would recommend this place if you're a guy trying to buy a gift for a girl like myself and have no clue about makeup go see Ulta.

I am a 35 F who works a physically and mentally demanding full-time job. I was hoping I could trust the make-up and hair expertise at this salon to make me feel pretty and special on my wedding day (although, i am very much okay with myself enough to not put much store in this kind of stuff...) I don't wear much make-up, and I am working-class, so I was praying the expertise of these people would be able to execute a simple black eye liner look with natural face make-up and a simple two braid hair do with beach waves. I was able to attend a trial for my make-up. I felt very pleased by her execution of the simple face make-up, but asked for a simple and clean black eye liner look for the final look. I was unable to attend the hair trial due to a mistake on my part for scheduling. I came after a long day of work and it just wasn't meant to be. I was assured, though, that she could do the simple braid look and we did not need a trial. On my wedding day, the make-up was done photography ready, not natural at all like the trial--I could care less about photos, I was doing the make up for my husband and wanted it to be natural. The hair was not beach waves but barrel curls, so not to look I was going for, and they fell out any way. If you are a working woman who is trying to do your make-up and hair on a budget--and relying on the expertise here, research and buy all the tools you need to do it yourself.

I scheduled a Curly Cut with Tina at the Destiny USA location. Tina was warm and welcoming. She took the time to uncover what I was looking for in my curly haircut. The end result was great! I'm happy I took a chance to try Ulta Salon. I will definitely be back.
