I won’t buy anything ever again from here. I did an Instacart order from here and these are the molded spinach wraps I received. Yes my shopper should have payed closer attention but the fact these are even on the shelf looking Iike this with an expiration date over 2 weeks away is crazy & I call the store to let her know she’s just like there’s nothing we can do about it at this time but you can come back for an exchange. Unreal if you shop here just throughly check your items because the expiration dates are NOT valid!

The manager on shift who answered my call on the customer service line understood my concern and was helpful with explaining the reasons why garbage from tops was getting into my backyard. I am new to the neighborhood and it started to concern me and didn’t know what to do or who to talk to.Thank you for being understanding and have a good day!- Destini :)

The product selection and customer service could be better. I’ve met only 1-2 cashiers who were helpful and kind.Carla is the best cashier there. She is patient and I always go to her line.

Amazing selection, good food prices, Amazing staff except for one or 2 new people. Especially one of the stockers with the blonde hair always on her phone talking to people while on the clock she seems to act like she has a superiority complex but thats just my take. Other staff I've come to know are Amazing.From a 4 star to a 1 star. Horrible employees now, heard someone accuse someone else of some horrible things and certain managers allow employees to be degraded by other managers. Yeah no losing my business of of 10+ years

Four years ago I gave them a 4 star rating,today they barely got a 2. The meat department needs a training in customer service. They had no chicken and when I asked the "employee" he said what's there is what we have until I cut more... meanwhile they were more concerned about stocking the prepackaged meats like hot dogs, sausage,etc.This was on the 6th of June.

I wouldn’t go to this store if my life depended on it- literally full of the sketchiest people in Syracuse, got cat called from the minute I walked in until I walked out, store is so compact everyone’s stepping on eachother.. total freak show. Go to shop city because it’s about 1% better which doesn’t sound like much but is a world of difference.

Horrible security team .slammed potential thief to wall .cussing at her .than a dog ran in from thief car.pinned my wife and I towards front window.it was Horrible. The security man with one arm was also cussing .no need for this .Tops needs to train security team better
