Nice place to shop, clean enough everyday. But prices are super high. However, their sales on selected grocery items are some of the best. Crew is very nice.

DISCRIMINATION AND ACCUSATIONUpon entering the store, an employee or manager of TOPS, began to follow me supposedly discreetly, I was looking for some cosmetics for my partner and some personal objects, I realized this situation and wanted to accuse myself that I was going to steal something because of this the objects that I grabbed I left them lying in the box, all this is to the bad thought of the Latin community, they should boast of acting like this, they are more human not all we are the same.

Great shopping experience. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. I couldn't have been happier.

Rude staff. They lost a very long time customer today. In fact, they were so rude and couldn't answer my questions at all that I'm cutting up my Tops Bonus card that I've had for over 15 years. There are way too may better stores to shop at to put up with being treated like dirt.

Great place to shop but the bathroom at the front of the store smells so bad I started going to Pond Street because the bathroom isn’t nastier than I can deal with like the North Syracuse store
