Horrible security team .slammed potential thief to wall .cussing at her .than a dog ran in from thief car.pinned my wife and I towards front window.it was Horrible. The security man with one arm was also cussing .no need for this .Tops needs to train security team better

I only went in to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy was very helpful in filling my medication and trying to get me the best price. This was my first visit to this store. I highly recommend the pharmacist here I think his name is Mike.

I went to tops knowing that they closed at 10. I got to the door at 9:50. The security guard saw me coming and locked the door. I explained I was just doing Cashback and not shopping. Seriously would take 2 mins. He said no way!Now I could understand if it was 9:58 or if there was no one in there. What makes it worse is that there was lines of alot of people which makes the situation worse. The security guard needs a talking too or fire his lazy butt if he can't follow the rules.Never going to that location again. Highly recommend you don't either.

So I have been waiting in line for about 20 minutes today. There seems to be a disconnect with Carla and being able to appropriately notify management to an issue that was occurring at her register with a specific person. Incident occurred at 2pm on 10/16. No management presence, low standards of customer care

Living in the neighborhood for a number of years, I would occasionally stop in here for a few small items. It is definitely not my favorite or my "go to" store, but when you don't want to drive farther, it works. My favorite thing about this store is the pharmacy. They are great people and always wonderful to interact with when we need to get medication. That is the main reason for the 3 stars. Now, for the store itself, it has a giant parking lot. Of all the times I have visit here, the parking lot barely has any cars in it. Not always a bad thing. The building feels old and dreary. It does not feel welcoming when you walk through the doors. Feels quite the opposite. This location does stock some food items I have trouble finding elsewhere, including coffee creamers. So, that is a plus. But, because it is a relatively small building, they don't have extensive space for a variety. The aisles feel a little small in comparison to everywhere else I have gone. With the limited amount of aisles, they don't have a great organization of where you would expect something to be. So, be careful of that. Most of the staff isn't that friendly. I've talked to a few that were nice, besides the pharmacy, but I usually just get a grumble going through the check out. Also, in late afternoon through the evening, they have an armed guard on duty. So, there is that. All in all, nothing fancy. If you need basic food items, they probably have it. I do sure miss when it was a Wegmans, though.

I really don't want to give you NO stars but I have to in order to make a review. I'm not complaining about the store it's self but however on 1 week day my friends and I stopped to use the restrooms we had to wait about 20 minutes because a employee was using it so we had to use the men's bathroom and it was absolutely Disgusting, Dirty, And Nasty I don't understand how a big unique store can afford to have a nasty bathroom.not only have I experienced it at this specific store but In most of the Syracuse area TOPS have the same problem my question is WHY??? do you not have enough employee's to clean the bathrooms!!! Very disappointed very!!!!

The pharmacy personnel are remarkably kind and helpful. My friend has been having insurance hassles but the pharmacist's courteousness and willingness to help makes you feel cared about instead of frustrated.

It's my least favorite Tops to shop at. It's small and always crowded. Checking out here is a joke, you have to wait at least 15 minutes.
