Took my son here for his birthday to get a couple of the new Dreams sets. They had tables set up for kids to make a small toy and take it with them for free, so my son got a mini dreams toy for free. A staff member, I wish I had got his name, was very friendly explaining the camera that brings sets to life on the screen. The same staff member was very friendly when I cashed out and explained the rewards system. Great experience!

There’s no way I could not love a Lego Store. Still, I need to give this team kudos as they not only remember me, they even had patience when I paid with multiple gift cards I had been saving up.

I used to live in Syracuse for 5 years, and I had to drive to Rochester to get Legos, I'm blind as ever to not to notice this one in Syracuse. I might go to this location next year

We had a great experience at the Lego store. Kind staff and great selection of sets and Minifigures and bricks. We visited around Easter time so the staff held a Lego egg hunt of sorts to be completed for a gift, which my son enjoyed! Tim was great to us when he rung us out. We shall make a day trip again and come back!

Wonderful staff that kept my daughters and myself save and comfortable during last week lock down! I’m beyond grateful with how the staff managed the situation and the kindness that every employee showed to us and all the other customers that were there!!!

What can I say? This is my favorite store in Syracuse and one of the biggest reasons for our trips to Syracuse other than Sophistifunk and the Funk n Waffles. The service at the Lego store is always friendly and always makes sure we find what we are looking for. We live a little over an hour away, so it's very helpful if we call they hold on to it till we get there that day. The pick a brick is always packed, and we always find some cool, unique pieces we don't normally see. Definitely Don Manuel Presents Approved *I shall get better photos next time

If you like LEGO this is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and the store has a lot to offer. I loved it and so did the kids.
