I cannot say enough great things about this place!! The location was so easy to find as well as parking. The atmosphere inside is just so beautiful and relaxing. I got a full set of lashes done by Keira who is amazing. She is so kind and kept making sure I was doing okay, explained what she was doing , and how to take care of my lashes. I cannot wait to go back for my fill and will recommend The Lash Factory and Keira to everyone!

This establishment is more about the atmosphere than anything. I do not believe the value and cost of the services are worth every penny all of the time. The owner is very good at what she does making people feel good while they are having services done. I have gotten a full set and was extremely happy with the results. But, when I went back for a fill, I did not feel the value for the cost of the services was justifiable. Weeks later I went back for a lash removal and lash lift and tint that costs even more. I cannot justify this cost $$$ but the atmosphere, relaxation and staff are wonderful.

I got a full set of wispy light volume lashes with one of the newer lash techs names Keira. She did an amazing job and my lashes have never looked better! Def coming here everytime for my lashes from now on❤️
