The workers use the dremel too much to get your gel off. They weren’t even busy but two different male workers did this to me , burned my nail so bad that I pulled away & said “no more dremel! The 2nd visit, different guy used some remover (because I requested) & then dremel. My nails began splitting down the center few days after that mani & have not grown in 2 weeks. Never again-they hurry so much even if no customers waiting. Tried calling Jessica (manager) & they won’t put her on??? They lost me, my daughter & a friend. Ruined nails

Nails are chipping bleeding breaking….i will Never go to this place again, they Dremel too much and goodbye nails. Very dissatisfied and I never complain

I came here with my grandma and sister and we got gel manicures and spa pedicures. The man who did my nails paid great attention to detail. There was also a massage at the end of the manicure that felt amazing. I also got the green tea pedicure which included hot stones and a 10 minute massage. 10/10 recommend

I took my 8 year old to get her nails done on Feb 10 the next days had to go back because one nail came off that night mind you she got her regular nails painted with gel nail polish so it would last her, that same night after she got the one fixed early that day 3 more on each finger came off which we didn’t have time to go the next day to get fixed due to school. I take her back Feb 13 we are showing the same lady that did my baby nails what she needs to fix she proceeds to say that she can’t fix it because they are packed with people and to bring my baby back tomorrow morning I let her know she has school she can’t come in the morning she said that’s all she can do. I payed 70$ for my baby to get her nails done and the fact that she didn’t offer anything for their mistake with her nails coming off but come back tomorrow morning has my feet so hot, I wanted to go off so bad. Don’t recommend them !!!!!!

It was my first visit to this salon today. I had my nails done with Jessica, and I loved it so much!!! She was sweet and friendly?My husband enjoyed their service as well?Will be back in a near future.

I am satisfied with the technician but very disappointed with the owner. Watching how long my nails were drying and instructed her to say they were dry and to turn the dryer off without making sure they were dry. Maybe trying to save 5 cents on electricity. Also since she didn't see me getting money after I paid, she thought I was not going to tip and asked me "no tip" uncalled for since I had the tip money in my hand. Too greedy- I guess she wanted to know the amount to request a percent from the technician? The place was empty on a Wednesday afternoon and I wonder why. Perhaps customers are fed up with her attitude and cheapness?

Oooweeee, haven’t been here for a while but they have not lost their touch! Pedicure chairs are really nice, large variety of pedicure options, awesome hot stone and green tea massage, followed by the quick chair massage! 12/10

Wonderful service! My nails came out beautiful and they still look great TWO WEEKS later! I'm super pleased with the gel color I got done here. It even came with a little massage, it was wonderful
