I had Syracuse Dog Fence install an electric fence for my dog and they were amazing to work with -start to finish. Stan and Donna are responsive and easy to discuss options with. They answered phone calls, texts and emails in a very timely manner. Jamie came out to install the fence and help train my pup (and me!) -he was friendly and professional. They came back a week later to check on my dog’s training progress and to make sure I still understood the system and app. The quality of product and service was wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Fair pricing. Their installer Jamie was great. Right on time for scheduling and was awesome with training our dog. Would highly recommend using Syracuse dog fence over The cheap do it yourself fences from the pet store.

Ridiculously expensive. Go to TSC and buy a Petsmart brand, or better yet get your dog training from a place like Sit means sit. The money I would have spend for the invisable fens was the same for the training, but now my dog is so well manored the need for a fence altogether is gone. And I can take them anywhere.

Stan installed a dog fence at my house and did a great job! Not only did the install go fine, but the training they did with the dogs after the install is what really made it succesful. Thanks Stan and Donna!

Syracuse Dog Fence is a locally owned company with a superior product - Stan, Donna, and Jamie have been wonderful from the install, to the training, to A+ service with a warranty issue I encountered. Highly recommend checking them out if you are considering an electric fence.

We have had our Pet Stop dog fence for several years now and other than the collars failing, it works perfectly. When the collars stopped charging, I called Stan who had me mail both collars to him. Within a week I had two brand new replacement collars at no charge. I was quite pleased and if you're in the market for a dog fence, I would recommend Syracuse Dog Fence.

This is a great company with great people! Jamie, the Installer is phenomenal and truly cares about his job and has a love for dogs. I can't thank this company enough and by the pictures of our dog, our dog is quite happy as well! I would definitely recommend Stan, Donna, Jamie, and Syracuse Dog Fence to anyone looking for a pet containment system.

I have been a very HAPPY customer since 2001(back when they were Pet Containment Systems of NY). In that time I have had a total of 6 of my own dogs on our system, plus a few others that we pet sat. I am one of those "over the top" puppy mommas" some say, so I was very concerned about the well being and safety of my fur-babies, especially those that came to us as seniors through rescue. Stan & Donna have been nothing but professional and compassionate over the past 15 years. We just added a puppy to our family a few months ago and as always, Stan & Donna were there to help us with our collar and the training. I can not say enough good things about this company or the owners!! I wish that every company stood behind their products and offered service as they do! Thank you Stan & Donna Shane for being wonderful people to work with! You have made this pet owners life much simpler and my pups very happy and waggy!!
