I went to the store at 2pm and paid $85 to get my phone screen repaired. I stopped back in at 4pm and they said it’d be ready at 6. I just arrived at 6:30 and was told they had to issue me a refund because they don’t have the screen to fix my phone. Not only would it have been simple to check to make sure they had the necessary parts, but I stopped back in the store and they assured me it’d be done by 6pm instead of telling me the truth.
