I had a spoiler (wing) painted here. When I picked it up it was very dusty so the guy Brain took a rag to clean off some of the dust which is a no no on dry paint. I figured I could take it home and clean it up and maybe it wasn’t as bad as it looked.
When I got it home I can clearly see all of the imperfections of the so called paint job. It look to only had one coat of paint, it looks as if it wasn’t clean off before the paint was applied, I’m not sure if it has a clear coat on it or not. You can also see in certain areas where the primer that the company I bought it from applied it and it wasn’t completely covered up. This really looked to me to be a very bad rush job Although they had it for three weeks… I was told it is an after market part that’s why it looks like it doesn’t, NOT!
It looks though if it was painted, sanded and repainted…. It was smooth when I dropped it off primed and ready for painting. No waves, no scratches and new out of the box. I had it looked at by several other places. I went with Syracuse Auto color because of the good ratings and they could get me in without waiting. I am truly very disappointed especially after reading the reviews before I decided on going there to have it painted.

Very please with the service provided on my 2023 car. Had a front end collision which was repaired promptly as possible (just part delays). There was a mistake in installed part but they remedied the issue as quickly as possible. Will certainly use them for a anything in the future.Services: Painting

Very pleased with the repairs on my daughters car and taking my car in for a small scratch caused by someone in a parking lot, so reasonable compared to Romano Subaru quote.

Syracuse Auto Color did an amazing job fixing my car, I could not recommend their services more. They have very reasonable prices and go above an beyond when it comes to their work. I dropped off my car for them to fix a minor paint chip and they not only fixed it, but also fixed my warping clear coat while they were at it, which was something that they didn't have to do, but that I very much appreciated. Brian was awesome! I brought my 2019 mazda cx9 into him because while in Montana, a cougar came out of nowhere and hit our vehicle. He fixed it up as good as new for a very reasonable price! If you need any body work done, Brian and the workers at Syracue Auto Color are the ones to go to. I am very happy with their work.
