Went to Supercuts in Western Lights…I know their prices are somewhat cheaper, but at one point in time you still got a decent haircut…they finally convinced me that I will never ever go back there again….asked for a bob with layers to give me lift since my hair is thin, got nothing even close to what I wanted…completely ignored what I asked for and did whatever he felt like…worst cut ever…honestly don’t even deserve 1 star…?

Awful service. Won’t be long until this location goes out of business too. Save your time and money and go to a local mom and pop barber or salon instead of this corporation.

First time stopping in. I needed a quick haircut for an event The following day. Although I did not have a reservation The staff was very accommodating and got me right in. David had a great personality and gave me a great haircut. I'm very pleased and will definitely be back.Service: Haircut

I went in for a shoulder length short hair cut. I am in with pretty long hair. My cut was Theon of with who I had it scheduled with to the next available person ( not like I know the person originally doing my cut would have been any better) I went in as I had a friend who received a fantastic styled cut from there though when I called that person had left to another salon. I usually cut my hair at home and do a beautiful job but as I was going short I wanted to make sure the back was straight as I thought it would be hard for me to ensure my self going short. I brought in beautiful pictures ofStyles for example. In the end the person to about 5 quick min if that chopped my hair off far above my shoulder and called it a day. They didn’t seem to actually put any time effort or care into my cut or style.Then the manager Erika who was supposed to do my hair mentioned she thought at least it looks good on me.which is ridiculous as they are clearly in there chopping peoples hair off with no regard to how it comes out and stating they think it looks nice… the nerve…and lack of ownership for doing an entirely careless and unprofessional job. The client should be happy with the cut and style or lack there of in this case not you.Then Ericka proceeded to mention how when customers come in showing multiple pictures that can be confusing for that. “” stylist.. if this is a common occurrence, I said, then you should be asking to clarify, which picture is the one they would like it to Most look like, so there’s no confusion.Trying to write off the responsibility, but really just leaving them looking stupid.Save yourself, go to an actual salon who cares to provide an actual style and cut your hair properly. And also cares about the end result in happiness of their client and doesn’t have complete disregard for the outcome of someone else’s hair..These people should not be in business cutting hair.Service: Long haircut
