Horrible manager. July 26, 2022 closing time, rude, could not care less attitude. My wife and I traveled 90 miles to deposit an insurance check we received to fix our home and barn crushed by a micro-burst last week We both have multiple decade old checking and savings accounts at Summit but no joint account. Asked if we could open one the worthless supervisor said it was closing time, make an appointment. Thanks for going the extra mile! You must have friends lining up to spend time with you! Once again we were made to feel worthless by a person who should have never been put in a position of power. Everyone we ever dealt with in Rochester was always so nice. Not use to this kind of treatment. We thought we could continue with the Summit since moving from Rochester to Caroga Lake. We do most everything online but I guess I wonder now if we should find a new bank. I can hear that nice lady supervisor saying good riddance already! Don't let the door hit you on the way out Mr. Rossi!!! Sad.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any banking needs. The staff is rude and there have been multiple instances of "losing paperwork" over my 4-5 years of working with them. Some staff are very helpful and amazing at what they do but it is sad that so many are not. Unfortunately the bad far outweighs the good. Their fee's tend to be higher than local competition and they seem behind the times on technology/services other banks/credit unions currently offer. Will be hopefully refinancing with another local institution very soon.
