I always stop here for pizza on my way through New York. One time the pizza was great but then they changed and had a different pizza the last time I was there. I really enjoy talking with the lady about the good and the bad about Syracuse. It is so handy if you are staying at one of the hotels close by. You can get pizza and beer and take it back to your hotel..

I bought some wings and it was a bit undercooked. When I asked to bake it a few more minutes to my liking they told me that it’s against their policy to bake it again after it’s been on display. This is a food hazard waiting to happen.

It's a gas station & 24/7 - 365 Subway decent service, average tasting yet overpriced fast food.
Though its most likely the franchise setting price, gas station drinks and selfservice drink station are also unfairly priced

I stopped for diesel fuel, the guy that took my card and turned on the pump was a.true professional, when I finished fuel I ng I went to get my receipt, I told Gariys that I need my receipt, he handed me a receipt , I took him it wasn't the eight one, and that k needed my fuel card back. He thought I was b e ING rude and asked the guy that first helped me to get my receipt because he didn't play those kind of games. Maybe if he hung up his phone and focused on his job, he could have been useful, instead of someone talking on his phone the whole time

The old lady missing all her teeth needs a new job. Talking about “know your laws”… sweetie i never ever heard of someone telling the customer to have the other persons ID when the other person isnt actively in the store. Nasty behind mouth with a nasty behind attitude.

It has good security, it is well lit, it has parking, it is clean, friendly staff, a large assortment of candy, soft drinks, beers, during the day they have pizzas, hot dogs, tornadoes, these are my favorites and much more.

If you see a tall man with piercings, long hair, his name is Mike! Great guy, love going to his counter to purchase my items. Mike loves to talk about wonderful topics. He will make some funny remarks as you approach his register such as "Good day, how may I take your money" or "just This? Ok let me scan those 3,000 time for you". Those are his 2 favorite jokes to crack to customers. Thus being said, when you see him, please be friendly because he is always friendly and try his hardest to stay positive and provide great customer service!!! If your respectful to him, he'll be respectful to you. Treat others how you would like to be treated! Long story short, Mike my favorite and does anything to provide awesome customer service and is always polite, respectful, and caring. Treat Mike good bc he's the rarest person in customer service who is like this. And I'm sure nobody wants to ruin it. Be nice, be cool, be safe!

This place has done nothing but go downhill since speedway bought expressmart. Car wash is filthy and out of order almost everyday. Bathrooms are disgusting and customer service is horrendous. Went from my favorite gas station in the area to a place I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Done with this place.
