I had a wonderful experience at this store. Courtney was super knowledgeable and very friendly. With that being said. My streaming is very slow and it takes several tries to get my TV to work. Also, I was at an event and everyone else's phone got service except mine. I'll visit the store and I'm sure they will help me. I would like to give Courtney a 5 star, but the service a 2 star.

Probably one of the worst customer service locations for Spectrum you will find. I have been in three times over 10 months for different services and either their “systems” are having access issues and it takes 45 minutes to help you or the wait to even get help is excessively long due to only one or two service techs in the store. If someone is ahead of you with a cell phone problem, don’t hang around.

Nothing against the store itself and the employees but this is absolutely the worst possible Internet service you could ever pay for and it’s crazy that they think it’s ok to raise the prices for way below average service. Internet is on-and-off all the time. With no other service provider options around CNY area, they force you to pay a premium price for an absolute garbage service. Spectrum Mobile is 10x times worse than Spectrum Internet itself and that really amazes me because that on its own is just terrible. They won’t do anything to address it or improve services that they overcharge for. Please avoid doing business with spectrum at all costs and spread the message. They don’t deserve to do business, they don’t care, it really is that bad.

Sent my mother to this store to swap out her cable box that was left at her house by a technician last week but it wasn't working properly as her previous one was either. She was speaking to a woman before the counter in regards to them not having any available. To be clear on the situation my mother repeatedly what the woman had just told her to be interrupted by a man co worker who responded to my mother " thats what we just said" as he was flinging rasins into his mouth. This man was rude and disrespectful and quite frankly my mother wasnt speaking to him. I would avoid this location if possible!manworker

No phones In stock, nobody knows what’s going on, nothing works, and everybody is irritated there. Why waste your customers money with a location when you can’t do anything or sell anything at it?

I have been having issue with spectrum for weeks now with my business line. Came in to see if I could transfer my landline number to a cellphone to try to fix the problem was told it could not be done so I went to Verizon and they they were able to transfer my landline to a cellphone. I had to call spectrum customer service to get all my account information just to be told that they can transfer a landline number to a cellphone number. Very disappointed

Very disappointed in the customer service here. Made a reservation and couldn't even get the proper help. Lazy staff would rather have the website do their job.

I got a promo price of 45 dollars for the 200/200 internet a few years ago. After I the promo period was over, the bill went up to $75, which is a lot for just internet. But that’s not really the point of the review, just a FYI.When I went into the store to get the account switched over from a roommate’s name to mine/talk about canceling, the tech I got was awful. He offered me a worse promo than my roommate, even though my location is seemingly more competitive because Fios is available. He came off as nonchalant at best and rude at worst. Middle-aged guy with dark hair and facial hair. The other techs I spoke to today were fantastic and offered a way better promo, but I don’t regret canceling because that other dude was so off-putting. Avoid him if possible.
