Terrible customer service, I brought my internet box and cable there and they asked for an ID, we told him that we didn't have it and asked to wait just a couple minutes to call the owner of the internet box, but the worker there was rushing us with attitude and telling us that without ID he can't grab it. I recommend going to other locations.

This store is used to pick up or return spectrum cable parts. The service was very quick and easy to get to I was exchanging defective cable box from my house

My boyfriend and I came twice to try to return the same equipment. Wait times were near an hour both times; we sat for 40 minutes and the 12 person line hadn’t moved; the customer service reps are also more interested with going to lunch than helping the customers, giving dirty looks as they walk out the door.

Even though the lines are long it's pretty fast to get in and out of this place is one of the best locations for spectrum

The customer service in the Erie Blvd location is great. If they can't help you they will at least put you in touch with the person who can. They are quick so you're not waiting forever to do what you came there to take care of

Terrible service in every way, I advise you not to look for any service with this company, they sell you something and then you realize that it is not like that, they raise your bills and tell you that you are without a contract but then as time goes by things change , I do not advise having any service with them.

Waited 45 just to return equipment and not a single person was called ahead of me. Finally left and mailed the equipment from a drop spot. I'm not sure what everybody was doing with all those people waiting but it's not worth going there. If you can avoid it at all cost, do so.

Update 1-10-24 same thing different date-customer service pushing sales even AFTER I told them im all set...NO MEANS NO, ive about had it with spectrum and about to cancel.Extremely rude customer service is service at the counter's ridiculous is ridiculous wait times and and when you make an appointment is appointment and the technician shows up they don't even take the equipment with them when I called the customer service line they wanted me to make another appointment for them to come get the stuff they forgot which is outrageous I'm very close to discontinuing my service with Is spectrum indefinitely

They keep increasing the price while more and more outages happen. 3 to 4 times a month my internet just stops working for hours at a time. Getting sick of this garbage company.
