DESPITE WHAT THE MENU SAYS, THEY DO NOT HAVE CHILII got the carbonara, my partner got the chicken parm and lasagna, and our friend got the spaghetti. Food was pretty good, definitely overpriced. I ordered the beer chili, but they gave me Italian wedding soup without consulting us in any capacity, so we didn't find out until we got home. Apparently they don't even serve the chili anymore, but they won't take it off the online menu or ordering system ???

The server was very, very attentive even though she was covering a number of tables, and we were a large party. Eggplant Parm was a tad overcooked, but overall, it was a very good experience.

I had the worst experience! Waited an hour and a half to receive a simple meal and they got the order messed up several times! Apparently there was a fight between the cook and the waitress so they took it out on me. First time there never going back! I do love the trolley but the rest is outdated and from the wrong era. It looks like it's falling apart inside and isn't clean. The food is mediocre. Not the worst place I've been but definitely not worth a second visit imo until they improve on those things. Reminds me of the Old spaghetti factory. Great idea put this place dropped the ball ???

Ordered a make your own with gf pasta & Alfredo sauce + broccoli. The first order the pasta was hard and the food was cold and did not come with the bread the website says it comes with. Called to explain, customer service was not very satisfying as the women on the phone had an attitude about my cold food… they said to throw it out and come pick up another plate. When the new food came out, the portion seemed smaller, the noodles were still hard but at least I got the bread this time.. I guess? Idk won’t be returning. Food isn’t as good as it used to be.

A hair in our 1 year old's ravioli's, fried foods cooked in the same fryer as fish, and still a $51 bill?Starting this off with the waitress waiting on us was amazing, very sweet and understanding. But my pregnant wife wanted chicken parm so we arrived first people in at 4:07. We ordered our appetizer & meals & we didn't have much of a wait despite her letting us know that our panko breaded shrimp had to be redone so it's fresh! Not gonna complain at all about that. But once the the meals came it went down hill. The fries i ordered as a side had pieces of panko breading in the basket, and us being the first ones there and ordered the basket was either left dirty overnight or they used the same basket for the shrimp we just got for the fries. Before putting that together my wife sent her chicken back because it tasted off, I confirmed and said it left a really strong shrimp after taste. After that realizing that the cook probably put THE SHELLFISH AND THE OTHER FRIED FOODS IN THE SAME FRYER. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. And directly after connecting that, my wife cutting up our child's ravioli found a short black curly hair, couldn't have come from any of us at the table or the waitress. We got the attention of the manager who said he'd 'take care of us' avoided the table and seemed insistent about getting us more food from the same kitchen before hand. Nevertheless he 'took care' of a child ravioli, fries, and took $2/$3 off my wife's meal and tirned it just to a pasta with sauce. Still came out to $51Personally it was my first time there, my wife was talking it up before hand because she's been before. The place was nice and the wait staff seemed nice for us being in there directly after they opened. Our waitress was awesome & super understanding but due to the extremely dissapointing food I think I'm not returning if its up to me.ALSO the riggies just taste like red pepper, Syracuse has ALOT of amazing riggie places, don't settle for $17.

It was hard to find this place, and once we did find the entrance down the sloped driveway, we found that there is an actual parking lot that was empty because everyone else like us thought the only lot was the street level one that was full, and parked on the street. See my photo for where to pull in to park. The atmosphere when we went in was questionable with a girls seating us who did not look like she wanted to be there, and a very confusing blend of decor of industrial factory and intricate stained glass and trolley car in the middle of the restaurant where families with kids were seated. But then things turned around when we had a nice waitress and the bread was delicious with a garlic herb butter. The eggplant parmesan was nice and crispy on the outside with a large portion of spaghetti. And the chicken riggies are labeled spicy and do have a nice little kick to them. It's not a fancy restaurant and is a good place to bring a family. They were not that busy and it's nice to have a place where you can stay and talk and not feel rushed, and still have good food at reasonable prices.
