After having two babies, I had no idea what kind of bras I needed! I was living in sports bras! It wasn’t until I took the trip to Soma and met with Barbara who helped me get measured and find the best fit for me! I originally wanted only two bras but left with 7 because of how well she chose them for me! I now have many for the different needs and occasions! Thank you so much for the personalized help and support! I highly recommend for anyone who needs many options and for those that may need extra help finding what you need!

The expert bra fitting Barbara at Soma helped me with made all the difference in the world. What a great resource! The bras are good quality, there is nice selection - and the fitting help you get in this store is helpful, professional, and very quick.

I highly recommend the products they sell however after visiting the Syracuse, NY store yesterday I will only buy online. I walked in and was greeted from behind the counter. I started perusing expecting to make some purchases as I begin opening drawers to see what is available in my size, I was yelled at from behind the counter that customers cannot open the drawers. If thats the case, then your associates should have explained the new "policy" when I entered and offered to help me rather than standing behind the counter like they couldn't be bothered. there should also be more sizes on display then 34b so that people don't need to open the drawers. I literally walked out shaking my head. not a great way to present your company Soma.

I really like shopping at soma however some staff members there seems to get rude which I don't appreciate it especially when I'm spending my money so I'll shop online definitely don't have to worry about the internet having attitude

Prices are so high but the service I received was outstanding. I had a bra fitting and was totally comfortable with the lady that was helping me. She has impeccable customer service skills!

Great place. I took my teenage daughter to get sized (and check my own) as we are both well endowed, and we had a great experience. Ferris on brought in bra after bra, checking them, listening to us, and finding us the perfect styles. She easily spent an hour with us and was never rushing us at all - in fact, she would have been happier if we stayed longer to try on new things, but my infant was ready to get out of there. Also lovely - she didn’t push expensive styles on us but helped us find the right fit at a good price. Wonderful place - definitely a great mother daughter bonding experience.
