Went in for a sample of paint close to closing time. Gave clerk the paint chip, asked if I could have a sample of that color in a semi gloss finish. He stated it only comes in satin finish. I asked what is a satin finish? he snapped "eggshell". I said ok, Continued to shop for supplies, was asked about 5 times if he could help me while I was browsing the supplies. When the "sample" was mixed I went to pay. There was a Discover card on the counter, he asked are you paying with this? I told him the card was not mine. I paid for the supplies, he followed me to the door and said " now I can go home". When I got home I realized he gave me a quart of the color when I asked for a sample. I was charged for a quart. Will not be returning to this store. Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend this store to anyone shopping for paint or paint supplies. Let them go out of business.

We always get friendly, competent service. If the prices are slightly higher, it's worth the benefits of dealing with a small, local shop.

I love this store. Every time I get paint and supplies they are extremely helpful. I try not to frequent the store because I'm tired of paint, ( did it for a living for 10 years) but when I go it's like I'm in there everyday. I can appreciate that and the product are Great compared to big box stores.
