This bank is the worst. I miss SEFCU. Taking all my money out & moving to a new bank. They lie to you, telling you one thing & the assessor another thing. What a waste of time and energy, so disappointed with this institution.

It's hard to find but if you go in the same entrance as the CVS and look right that's where it is. Banking is done via a kiosk with a video teller in Albany. It beats having no downtown branch but I wish they had gone with a real branch and hired in-person tellers in Syracuse.
