Very rude service when inquiring about if a product was carried. Hardly made eye contact when replying and gave cold one-worded answers without even shifting their body to face me as they were aimlessly leaning against counter. Definitely not returning when being a customer is received as being a nuisance.

What they did should be illegal. I take a controlled substance for anxiety/panick attacks and I went in to pick up my Rx. There system was down and they could only complete transactions that were $0 copays. My copay was 68 CENTS and they could not give me my medication. Stores that provide essential services like medications NEED to have SYSTEM DOWN PAPERWORK. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can a pharmacy NOT give medications?!?? I NEVER leave bad reviews but I cannot believe this happened.

Had disappointing service -rather “non service” today at the Walgreens on 602 Nottingham Rd Syracuse NY. Went in to pick up a prescription and this was not available but was told it would be refillable tomorrow. That is fine. No problem there. Inquired about getting the flu shot as the store was basically empty. I asked if there was any wait and didn’t get any response that there would be a wait. I was asked to sit down to wait. 15 minutes later, the pharmacy tech gave me the form to complete that was necessary. In the meantime, a woman came in to get her flu shot and she was given the form immediately and was called in for her shot before me. Another 15 minutes after that, I was still waiting. No one spoke to me or addressed me even though I was the only person waiting for the shot. I started pacing a bit near the waiting area but the all the people working behind the pharmacy counter could see me. No one acknowledged me or informed me when I would actually get the shot. In a sense, I was basically ignored completely. I left after 30 minutes essentially where one shot had been given to a person who came in after me and where no one else was waiting. Will have to look for another Walgreens that perhaps provides courteous service.David Simon

What a nasty check out!I wanted some ball point pens, I go through a lot of them, due to my usage.Once I found some pen, I walked to the counter to pay for them. I had a $10 bill in my hand, and the price was lower, but the bearded clerk snatched the bill out of my hand, rather than telling me what I owe, or allowing me to hand him the bill, like a normal human being.Per my receipt, the time was 1:58 PM, transaction ID 2194. This fellow should not work with the public, he doesn't have the patience, or demeanor to do so.

Re: Pharmacy - Nice to talk to on the phone, but unreliable. Tried to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy, said I should have by end of day. Didn’t have by end of day, nor did anyone call or text me to let me know the status. I had to call them and they stated “your old pharmacy was too busy when we called so we’re going to reattempt” and promised a call back before they closed at 9pm. I still have yet to get my prescription or a status update. Also, when I called them back, they tried to confirm my address again and after providing a new address to them the last time I called, the new person I talked to didn’t see it on file. Talk about disorganized. Definitely would not recommend this location.
