Rite Aid in shop city must have new management due to low stock especially items on sale and many times no cashiers at checkout I could have walked out without paying many times.

Lunch is at 1:30 not 1:27 or 1:29 when someone comes in to get medication they need I find very rude and unprofessional to tell them “we’re going on lunch soon so we’re closed.” Thanks for not answering my 7 calls before I walked in for nothing , after hearing 7 times in a row everyone leaves at 1:30 for lunch…. Will be changing my pharmacy

I have shopped at the Rite Aide at Sweetheart Corners, N Syracuse, NY and it is a clean, friendly store. It is always well stocked and the associates are always helpful and friendly.

I have been getting the run around from the insurance company about a script for my boyfriend and what they didn't want to covered. 4 scripts later I'm at the pharmacist again, yup still the wrong script so not filled. Ikr!!! Keeping my frustrations under control because I know it's not the pharmacist fault. He kindly printed all the scripts that were sent and rejected then wrote out the right script to give the doctor. My boyfriend finally got his script filled.

Kid needed meds while out of town visiting. The pharmacy staff was super friendly when I asked for recommendations and hooked me up with the pharmacist who was super helpful.

This is the best rite aid I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting. It truly is such a treat to visit! The woman at the pharmacy (I think her name is Tracy?) is an absolute delight to speak with! Real easy on the eyes. Anyway, back to the store- it's always very clean, everyone is always quite chipper and friendly. One of the last few pleasant places in shop city!

The pharmacy was so helpful. I’ve never had such great customer service from a pharmacy in my life. They got my meds promptly and helped with every question I asked. I felt heard AND seen. Beautiful and nice people. Will recommend every time.
