a woman from this store cold called me??? i live 3 hours away from this place and she called my number and asked for a man’s name and when i said there is no mike at this number and that i was a woman she was extremely disrespectful to me. do not recommend. if this is how she treats a random stranger i don’t want to know how bad their customer service is all the time

Horrible I signed a biweekly agreement, Howe they send me an autopay agreement and that changes my agreement to weekly? Not only that’s after 8 days of being bullied, and played with my merchandise was never delivered however first pay tried coming out

The store associate Eddie, is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, human being I have ever encountered. Nick and Sam are amazing, but Eddie? He hasn't a clue as to how customer service works. I have never been treated as poorly as he has treated me and disrespected me in my own home. I have invested $19k nineteen thousand dollars into rent a center! Never late, never missing payments, and that man came into my home and treated me dog awful after my father died and I decided to surrender over my sectional. He was awful! Once I figured out what I needed to do for my father passing I was able to restart and get some furniture, mind you i surrendered furniture THAT I WAS NEVER DELINQUENT ON. When I call I explain I'd like to either speak to Nick or Sam and not him and if I have to speak to him I relay ill call later. Every time I call I say this is Mrs. Morgan, nick and sam know exactly who it is when i call and he relays to them who it is but acts like no one has a clue as to who i am and he hangs up on me. Worst customer service. Once my sectional is paid off I'm done with rent a center and I'll never ever go back! I'm a four year long time customer who has invested thousands of dollars, paid several things off, they're going to lose a loyal customer all because of this one gentlemen.220 s Geddes street syr NY. this locationSIGNEDMrs. Morgan!

Not so great. Last minutes cancellations on delivery dates.Issue with assembly, bed stillNot assembled. No show on service dates.Ordered dreamcloud wasn’t advised it was not available just given whatever they wanted to give me.This is not okay. I feel slighted

I’d have like to have given more stars, because Leroy, my sales agent and Charles the delivery man, are not so nice to work with. However, my dealing with Nick that handles customer service-or management was extremely rude. If I was was corporate office and had to deal with his attitude, he’d be fired on the spot (Nick has 0 stars from me, the other fellas have 10 stars). Store in Solvay New York.

So I was trying to get a stove and refrigerator from this place and the customer service or lack there of is just pitiful I feel like since Covid has taken place people really have forgotten that the customers are the reason there still in business. That being said the lack of communication and organization it’s actually laughable this process should be quick especially considering that I have a job and have rented and payed off things before my items were supposed to be delivered on the weekend I didn’t receive a call or anything letting me know what’s going on in anyway. Only to find out that my things were not delivered because they couldn’t contact references then I find out on Monday morning that my application was canceled because they didn’t talk to all the references my only thing is where’s the communication so with that being said when dealing with this specific location be prepared for the lack of professionalism and the lack of communication but I bet there on it when it’s time to be paid you can do better rent a center then again can you ?
