Would give 0 stars if I could, though I don't know if this facility did my actual testing this review is for Quest in general. They sent my personal test results to a member of my family, after repeated calls and being hung up on, all they could tell me was they were escalating the matter. You would think they would be more on top of it considering they violated my patient confidentiality by releasing my results to someone that shouldn't have it, but I guess not. Completely appalled in all aspects and they couldn't even give me a straight answer on if I could get my bill waived considering the massive inconvenience.

DO NOT try to find suite 200 because it does not exist. It is in suite 201. DO NOT bother calling to talk to a person because their phone does not ring on the other end and they will not pick up. I even called from the waiting room to be sure the phone does not ring in the office and it does not. I had plenty of time considering I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes before finally taking my pre employment drug screen. After conversing with others in the waiting room I came to find that they all had trouble finding the lab as well and when I alerted the nurse of the issue she was extremely rude and ordered me to sit down or I would have to leave without completing the drug test. Needless to say I sat down and waited because what other choice did I have anyway. I hope this review helps anyone else having trouble finding the lab and gives you all a sense of what to expect before you walk in.To Quest Diagnostics: PLEASE update your address and contact information!

The service was terrible, I was given the option to wait in my car and they would text me when they were ready for me. I went back inside when I got the notification and the rude lady simply skipped me over and told me to sign in again which I had to wait over another hour. Simply don’t have that option if people are going to lose their appointment for using it.

The woman doing my draw was SO nice. She was quick and it was relatively painless and even being backed up with only one person working she kept a smile on her face!

Horrible place to any testing. The site only has one lady working and mostly fully booked. So we are all sitting waiting for drug screen and she comes out and says she has no labels to label the urine and she is closing at 1130. Then she says she got a call that someone was bringing the labels from Liverpool about 20min away. States," I don't know what time the labels will get here but am closing at 1130, you can come back tomorrow or go to a different place". Continues to say am closing at 1130am, I need to go for an appointment. You can call customer service etc

Closes at 12pm means closed by 11:45am. I arrived at 11:45am and the door was locked with no one in sight. This tells me they did not just leave. I tried calling and was unable to connect with a person.

If you're looking to get Covid tested do NOT go here!!!! My husband got a covid test last week and we still have not gotten the results we called several times almost no help every person we spoke to gave us a different story as to why it took longer than the 48 hours originally estimated to us.... He needed this test for work so today just went to a Wellnow and got his result same day.... Don't bother wasting your time here just go straight to the urgent care....

Do not go to any practice that uses MyQuest. The results take triple the time they say they do. I was tested for Covid on the same day as several people due to a possible exposure and anyone who had to deal with Quest ended up missing out on over a week of work. Other individuals in our group went to WellNow and CVS testing sites and had their results back within the week. I'm still sitting on my couch waiting for my results and at this point I would have had Covid and gotten over it. This is how super spreaders occur.

Don't listen to Chicken Wing. The only rude person in that office was him. He came in yelling, banging on the door making others who were waiting patiently uncomfortable. That's the reason he was told he might have to leave. Try being an adult about situations before giving half a story and criticizing others!!! Handle a situation like a man next time you might get better results!!!!!

Don't go to suite 100 because it does not exist and dont bother calling their phone number either because absolutely no one will ever answer the phone ever! Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Need to update their information on theor website and on google. What a joke.

Lyndsey is soooo awesome she actually cares about the patient instead the tasha girl she is just always on phone talking and leaving people in lobby while she chatting away. The office really needs some pick me up and cleaning. It's in a horrible location. I would give a 5 star but there is a lot bad with the place. But just wanted to give praise to lyndsey great job keep up the good work.

Tasha is very professional and compassionate! She is also very good and does a nice quick painless stick every time I go for my monthly blood work. Has never missed, always gets me on the first try unlike many other phlebotomists I have been to. Love her!
