UPDATE - If you would like the opportunity to discuss then maybe someone should have answered my calls/email. It is when you give a bad review that you then want the opportunity to discuss the situation. No thank you!Would give a negative star if I could. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here. Definitely an outdated, not very clean hotel and the customer service is the worst out of anywhere we have stayed. Could not get a manager to call or email back after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS - and it's every single time I called, no matter what time I called, a manager is NEVER on duty! Communication is key and they definitely lack in that area. We stay in Syracuse a lot with friends and family and I will be sure to pass along to avoid this hotel!!

Staff was kind. Room service was very attentive. However, the remote control for the television did not work, as well as the shower wasn't functioning properly. Room was cleaned daily.

Look this isn't a luxury hotel, but the rooms are straight forward and exactly what you need. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and room spacious. Large (for a hotel) fridge in room. Front desk was friendly and accommodating!

If you need an emergency place to stay, by all means. Otherwise find somewhere else. 1.) middle of nowhere. You're DEFINITELY NOT in "Syracuse", if you're thinking you're in a downtown area. It's surrounded by a factory, an RV lot, and some houses. Nothing is in walking distance. Just FYI2.) The "quality" is just not here at quality inn and suites. We were there to meet some friends and as soon as we get there one set of friends says to not leave our suitcases on the floor. Our other set of friends upon check in, had to get their rooms switched because there were cockroaches. I thought yikes, that's too bad for them! But I go back to my room and while in the bathroom, sure enough! There's a large beetle like thing crawling across the floor. Ugh! Gross! 3.) stains on the covers and the comforter didn't look like it had been washed. Hairs on it and fuzzies all over it. I didn't event bother with their breakfast, no interest. We left as soon as we could.

This hotel is older and has tons of rooms but was very clean. The front desk clerk was very helpful! There is no elevator so if you don't want to do stairs request a 1st floor room.

This will go as the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Horrible smell, zero service, and a piss poor continental breakfast, if that peaks your interest...it might be the spot for you. Not to mention you might be lucky enough to be around the swingers event that takes over the hotel every couple weeks. We were fortunate enough to be in the crosshairs of this event where many middle aged adults were running around half naked through the halls in what likely seemed to be an underground sex society. We were right across a room which housed what looked to be a sex swing and seesaw that definitely was not meant for kids. We were harassed by their members and their security for staying on the same floor as them. Nightmare experience to say the least. Hotel should be shut down if not criminally prosecuted.

Lucky this place can't go to negative stars. Had a swingers party in the hotel during our stay. Sex swings, paddles, half naked girls running around. Got threatened by the guy running it for just saying how crazy it was. People were so Loud. Don't have enough characters to describe how disgusting this place is. Also whole place wreaked of mold. Just dirty, grimy, and absolutely apauling. -978 stars. Will never stay again. Don't even get me started on the breakfast either....

Dirty and run down. We rented 2 rooms for the night and wish we would have looked at yelp vs Travelocity reviews. Dirty band aid stuck to the wall, bad smells in the bathroom sink, door knobs falling off in the bathroom and no way to block out lights. Slept VERY poorly to drive 9 hours the next day on our 28th wedding Anniversary. Disappointing.

I know it is not the greatest, but at least you expect the MINIMUM features, like WiFi and a dry floor. Yes, a dry. Floor. I was there for 4 days last week, and there was no WiFi available in that part of the hotel. All the rooms of that side of the hotel didn't have WiFi. And then, I walk in the room and all the sudden my feet are wet... Well, there is water coming out of the floor. I check the wall next to that part of the wall, it's like cake, soft and wet. And don't even mention the mold on that wall, terrible place. Now my friend and I appear to have bug bites all over, this screams bed bugs... This place is definitely not a good place.Just don't go there, sleep in your car, it's safer.Rooms: If all the rooms are like mine, run!Safety: Mole on the walls, get ready to get sick

Location is great for concerts at the Ampitheater however, the service is useless and the rooms were terrible. Mold and dampness everywhere. Bad stench. Ringing noise in the bathroom that kept us up all night and when we called the over night service desk the girl seemed stoned and said she couldn't get it looked at until the morning.. we said that doesn't work since we are leaving in the am so what's the point. She then said ok I'm calling someone and hung up on us. No one ever came. Turned out it was the plumbing in the toilet that was creating the large ringing noise high pitch we would flush it and it would go away for an hour before coming back. See my photos for the large and unsafe mold build up. Would never stay here again.

NO BAR/LOUNGE!!! I booked this hotel for the pool, bar and breakfast. I walked in and saw the arrow signs for the pool and bar. Said to hubby we should check em out... the front desk attendant proceeded to tell us they haven't had a bar for quite a while. I said that was one of the reasons we booked this place...he simply said sorry. Didn't offer a discount, or to talk with manager. I figured we could find something close by ... Not the case, it's in the middle of no where. After being in our room for about 15 mins the A/C started making a loud banging noise...then would stop. We stopped by the front desk around 4pm and asked to switch rooms. He said there was nothing he could do until 10pm!! Even then it was a Maybe... he said he was going to stop by and take a listen...never did. The shower was terrible. The pull knob wouldn't come all the way up...allowing only about 1/2 the water flow to come out the head. Then breakfast was a complete joke. It said buffet style breakfast, so we were expecting the usual eggs, sausage ect in the warming trays...but there were none. Absolutely Nothing cooked...it was Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches, bagels, breakfast bars, apple and some juice/coffee. Couldn't get the creamer or waffle batter refilled. No towels at the pool, usually wouldn't be a big deal but it was just one more annoyance. I've stayed at multiple Quality Inns and this was the worst by far and at $197 for the night it was one of the more expensive ones!!! The only reason I even gave it a 2 star review was because the room was as pictured and in clean condition.Food & drinks: No bar and the breakfast was frozen foods absolutely Nothing warm/fresh.

This hotel is very outdated and needs lots of repairs. The walls had snot on them. My door didn't close all the way I had to dead bolt and put and iron board in the handle. The keys to get in the hotel did work so anyone could walk into the hotels. The cleaning products they used were soooo strong and the carpet was wet. Nice staff bit won't be staying againSafety: Didn't feel safe at all

Staff were welcoming, helpful, and accommodating when it came to room location. Room was clean but the bathroom was very tiny and not overly accessible for those with limited mobility. The hotel has obviously seen some wear and tear given the closeness to the fairgrounds, so it could use some sprucing up, but overall it wasn't bad. Location is great though, easy to get to from the fairgrounds and amphitheater. Would certainly stay here again.

I would not recommend staying here. The room was very dirty and the door had to be forced shut. The room was extremely outdated and the windows only have the light curtains. The heavier curtains that shut light and prying eyes out did not cover the window. Anyone could see in through the window at night if a light was on. The floor was soaking wet AND the room smelled awful. The entry ways around the hotel that you typically need a keycard to access were all open for anyone off the street to walk right in. HUGE safety issue there. Pool looked nice, but I did not access. The building itself is confusing. Two separate hotels but one building? I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from but it certainly wasn’t the Quality Inn side. I did not feel safe due to lack of safety measures. Will not be staying at this or any Quality Inn again. Please do something about the outside access. Nice staff. Only positive.

Decent hotel, nothing grand but the price /quality ratio is fine. I see alot of complaints and yes it's a bit run down, but there will always be ppl who want to pay as little as possible and still be treated like royalty ??♀️. I think just read the reviews, don't go in with higher expectations than the price justifies, and you might be quite content.Breakfast is small and sometimes things run out which is a bummer, but still have something to eat. Oh, there is a waffle station, which was a very pleasant surprise!
