Deliver and set up was very professional. The delivery guys provided some of the best customer service ever. They were both extremely kind and respectful. They even asked if everything was up to my standards before they packed up to leave.

I was very impressed with Jose and Eddie the store employees, they did a wonderful job, very efficient and on time, they were very friendly and courteous, they definitely knew the assignment, very informative and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend the store to others.

Anna was a great saleswoman and was able to get me the perfect piece of furniture for my kids playroom!Leroy and Jose— top notch! I doubted they could get the sleeper sofa in, 100%. They did it with ease and no complaints!! And my kids were speechless so that’s a plus. LolAwesome group of people there at the Syracuse location!!!!Thank you all again! 2nd piece of furniture, always a pleasure! Customer service, product and price is always great!
