I wish there were more stars! We have been using Plank Road for over 25 years. Their business model is based on wonderful service and quality. Chris' ability to see the final product and make suggestions surpasses anything we've ever experienced. John and Mark's kindness in appearing with the final product "on their way home" makes our lives easier.
