“It is not an upscale grocery but a basic food store with moderate prices. Good place for moderately priced food staples such as vegetables and pet foods. Meat, bakery, deli, and seafood counters are surprisingly well stocked. Fridays, they custom cook seafood without a charge.”
“I have shopped at the Rite Aide at Sweetheart Corners, N Syracuse, NY and it is a clean, friendly store. It is always well stocked and the associates are always helpful and friendly.”

“What an amazing store and shopping experience. The store is clean, organized and stocked. I went to the deli department.When I approached the deli " Bob" acknowledged me, stopped what he was doing and introduced himself as " Bob". He was so pleasant and engaging. Honestly in this day and age it's hard to find good customer service and "Bob" exemplified it. What's even more amazing is he cut the American cheese to perfection. Trust me that means a lot considering how I have purchased cheese only to get home and find it cut horribly and in one big clump. So I hope management acknowledges " Bob" because he went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. You have definitely gained a new and returning customer.”
“I picked up a prescription at Westside Family Pharmacy on Thursday, April 18, 2024. I walked from Wilson Dental on Geddes Street, straight down Gifford, to Westside Family Pharmacy. My step count was almost 8,000 steps (according to my Wellframe app with Excellus) after this day. I always enjoy going to this Pharmacy & grocery store. The employees are very kind & helpful. In the past, I have been followed to this location by a female who appears to look just like me! Hopefully, she leaves these people alone & doesn't terrorize them!”

“I will say they were some interesting characters at the Walgreen but the staff was very professional and you can get a good sale I mean I got two lotions and the big 32 ounces for $1.50 just have to look around but what time clearance what's on special and just stay away from the crazies if they're there that's all I can recommend that point”

“Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Doesn't matter what time I go there you always have to wait. I've been getting the same prescriptions for 3 years and almost every single month there is an issue where I have to call my doctor to have the doctor send in the prescription a different way. Very annoying. 3 years and all my medications have been the same with the same dosage so you'd think someone with common sense could figure out whatever issue there was instead of making me wait several hours until my doctor can rectify the problem which sometimes causes me to go into withdrawals because I don't get my medication on time.”

“My family only received a constant glucose monitor for one of my kids from Noble Health. It was always on time and in fact, we would get a preemptive phone call when it was ready to ship out again. It was very helpful. We stopped using Noble Healthy only because our insurance changed. The new company is a nightmare.”

“This place does not have essential baby foods such as baby water, some basic cereals for babies.Although people at the pharmacy are very attentive and super fast. I like their photo printing center.”

“I stopped in 4751 Onondaga Blvd at 6:00 Sat 10/19 to print ONE 5x7 photo for a gift on 10/31. One and one-half hr later, I was able to leave after a horrid experience (for me) with technology in order to do so - which should have taken five minutes. I would like to give kudos to Zi and Isaiah - especially to Zi - for helping me out the entire time. Her patience was phenomenal and her ability to calm me down (technophobe that i am) and think outside the box about the whole ordeal - reassuring me that I would have the dang photo when I walked out the door, which I did. I wanted to snail mail a ltr but Isaiah told me I’d be better off giving a review on the web site and that his manager checked them. I just wanted to be sure Zi was commended for her expertise in technology AND customer service. Thank you.”

“Great selection and extremely helpful staff. Only knocked off a start because it's always so busy in there. If you don't like crowds, be forewarned. Otherwise though, awesome place to shop. Update: this is not a negative, but if you're expecting authentic Asian products, they're not here. Was hoping to find some stuff from home while I was back visiting family, but I'll have to check the Asian market for those I think.”
