Piggy BedSpreads LLC
7243 State Fair Blvd STE 5, SyracuseMy daughter has been using the bedspreads with her 4 Guinea pigs for over 2 years. Excellent quality. With regular maintenance, the bed spread keeps the smell at bay much better than any of the bedding options we have tried in the past.

Pet Grooming
Plush Spa
4922 W Seneca Turnpike, SyracuseIt’s a real spa for dogs and they give your pet top notch spa treatment. Calm clean environment. I love that you can see what’s going on, most groomers take your dog to the back and u can’t see what they do. Tiki Boo (Toy Pug) usually needs Gabapentin before appointments for anxiety but has not needed it since going to Plush Spa. She loves the staff!! They make sure all her wrinkles and creases are thoroughly cleaned, nails are properly cut down without bleeding. Her coat is shining and she smells amazing.Tiki is a 13 yr old pug, I like her to be really clean and well groomed all the time so I take her at least 1x month. BEST GROOMER I have ever experienced!!!!!!! ??♥️♥️#5Stars

Kara's Paw-Fect Grooming Salon
1900 Brewerton Rd, SyracuseI have been bringing my dogs to Kara and Andre for years and have to share with everyone how great these groomers are with my elderly pops(they use to be pups). They have been getting beautiful with the special grooming skills of these wonderful groomers. Because my dogs are now seniors, they need a little extra love and understanding, and they get that at Kara's Paw-perfect groomers. I am extremely satisfied with every bit of service they receive, and the wonderful service I receive.

Nottingham Pet Clinic
120 Julian Pl ste f, SyracuseThis is one of the best vet clinics I've been to in Syracuse (and beyond). Not only does the staff seem to genuinely care about my pets, but the doctor I saw took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions.
In fact, I would give one of the staff members (Skylar) 5 stars, if I could give individual ratings. Skylar took numerous calls from me and ensured I got my cat's inhaler prescription as soon as possible. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness eased a lot of my anxieties about my pets' ailments.
I recommend this place for both dogs and cats - I've brought both here (after trying numerous others in the area).

Vetco
3150 Erie Blvd E, SyracuseI recently brought my cat here for his annual vaccinations. Although we were twenty minutes late because my cat resisted going into the carrier, they still accepted us (it wasn’t very crowded on a Tuesday). Everyone was so helpful including the check-in lady and the vet. They answered all of my questions. It was a quick visit and cost me only slightly over a hundred bucks.

Mattydale Animal Hospital
2703 Brewerton Rd, SyracuseI have been coming here for almost 15 years with all my dogs and cats I have had. It is not corporatized- it is owned by Dr Lezkovitch- an incredible and very experienced vet that I have immense respect for. There have been several other good vets here over the years but she is always here and takes incredible care of my animals. Her office staff is beyond beyond beyond amazing- (not a typo- they are worth 3 beyonds!) patient, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. And- they are the same people that have been here all 15 years! To me, that says that the business takes care of their people because there isn't that turnover you see in most businesses! I don't feel like they pressure unnecessary procedures; I have never felt rushed when I ask a million questions about taking good care of my animals; and they have been there through the very difficult times that come with being a fur-parent. They also are pretty good about getting my animals in as soon as they can. They are busy - which is another sign that they are good people, but still always get my fur-kids in asap when necessary. It is not cheap, but I think that is an issue everywhere and comparatively I believe they are fairly priced. Though I do wish they'd throw in a complimentary nail trim with exams, but that's just wishing, I suppose, lol! (And they have actually done that a couple times over the years to my immense gratitude- we always just like an extra treat lol) I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the people who work at Mattydale animal hospital!

The Pawsitive Center for Dogs Inc
2314 Brewerton Rd, SyracuseLeah is the best! Our puppy, Willow, is completely obsessed with her. We started working with Leah in March when Willow was 5 months old and the two have been best girlfriends ever since (at least according to Willow). We love the combination of Private Lessons and Train & Play Sessions. Leah is kind, patient and thoughtful. She is flexible when it comes to training locations and always focuses on the needs of the dogs (and their humans). Not only is Leah wonderful, but she has the world’s most scrumptious assistant. We are all smitten with Keno ? ?

Blue Prints Dog Studio
303 Nottingham Rd, SyracuseWe've been going for a few weeks with our 3-month-old puppy! The staff in Syracuse are so kind and helpful. The puppy training Saturday mornings hits the sweet spot of low stress while being effective- the perfect amount of socialization and training for owners and pups. The trainers do a great job of guiding the session and jumping in to help as needed. We weren't sure about doing the 4-hour Tuesday/Thursday morning puppy socialization classes, but we've noticed a great impact on our pup. And since he's still too young to be out in the world without his full vaccinations, he's getting socialized really well very early on. That makes it totally worth it at such a young age. The trainer feedback isn't super detailed, but it is helpful and satisfactory to us.It's a great environment for puppies and their owners!

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que
246 W Willow St, SyracuseWent there with three other people on a busy Friday evening at peak time. The food was amazing. Came out fast and our waitress was kind, considerate and attentive. They really know how to seat people and get them in and out and the food was absolutely amazing. We had to park across the street in a parking lot which charges $8. But nevertheless delicious food, great atmosphere and nice people. I would definitely go there again.

BrewGrub
115a Game Rd, SyracuseThis is a great brewery. It's super roomy inside, and there's a lot of space outside if the weather behaves. They have their own food trailer now, and from what I've tried the food is pretty tasty. The beers are great, but my go-to is their leaf hard seltzers. The dragonberry is my favorite - tangy and so refreshing in the summer (or anytime.) Staff is great. The location is a little odd, in a mostly industrial area, but once you get inside the vibe is very laid back.

Red Chili Restaurant - Syracuse
2740 Erie Blvd E, SyracuseOur family reserved the "back room" for a private birthday party. Service was hit and miss, but the food was spot on. We do wish that they had more options for traditional alcoholic beverages. They only offered hot sake, instead of a range of traditional cold versions. And no Baiju, which would have made the meal sing. Aside from that, the food was well prepared, and the portions were excellent. we also love the table which allowed us share our meals with one another by simply rotating the glass "Lazy Susan" top. Overall, we were satisfied, but with a few tweaks, this could be a highlight of Syracuse world cuisine.
