If I could give 0 stars for the rude and unnecessary attitude from the lady working on 8/8 that would be my rating; I mentioned to the person with me about them having an item and she said We're not taking any more bags! ?. So I calmly said "okay..."but in customer service if you don't like people. And she doesn't answer the phone all day. And shes always behind the desk. She makes the experience uncomfortable. HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest finding a job where there's no interaction with people. Leave the self loathing at the door.

I love the Pawn King stores. Very friendly and respectful staff. They now have a bigger variety of items than they used to. Payed more for my gold than any other place in Syracuse. Would recommend to everyone.

Been coming to this place for years. Today I decided to do review it do to the rudeness. It must be a crime to ask a question at this location. As soon as I walked in the girl act as if I was bothering her and her daughter for entering, which made her have to get off her phone. She immediately shot down my item before I could say anything so she could get back to her phone. I asked her a simple question and she yelled at me. I said there's no need to be rude I'm only asking a question. She was rude again. She has no friendly customer service skills yet she is who you have to deal with selling your valuable items.Definitely miss Seth who had no problem helping you out in any way. Guess I'll have to start peeking in the window to check if this disgrace is working prior to doing business 10/19/21

I can deal with the fact that I walked in with a mask but she didn't feel the need to wear 1. But I couldn't get past the nasty attitude. I don't know if she's like that to everyone but I assume it is since she don't know me. The prices were mostly higher than eBay. Ill go elsewhere.

I walked in there to look for a wrench.. A pair are moving straps are 20.00 the same price as home depot. But yet go in there with something worth hurdreds of dollars and all they offered was 10.00 ... 12.00 smh
