Placed an order with a group and never received my product. Contacted the group leader and told shipping took longer than pick up and to contact Papa's Sports in a few days. I waited 5 days and the order never came. I contacted Papa's Sports and had to leave a message. There was no return call. The following week, I emailed the direct employee in charge of the group order. There was no response. So I called again, this time getting through. The gentleman was less than helpful, implying that I was mistaken and probably didn't place the order and questioned why I had waited three weeks. He told me he would check on the screens to see if it could be printed now and would call me back. Go figure, no response. So I had to call AGAIN. This employee would not even get on the phone and had someone else tell me the screens had been destroyed. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

These people are absolutely wonderful to work with!! We had a problem on the school side where lots of parents missed order deadline and they worked with us to open the site up again and allowed numerous late orders!! Really just wonderful above and beyond customer service!!!

I have been using Papa's for a number of projects; they always come through with great designs and good quality products. Turnaround time is also fast. They also have a retail Outlet that has a lot of SU merchandise...it is wellWorth the stop

Ordered my son's sweatshirt in September with his volleyball team. Added a customization to it of his first name and last initial. His sweatshirt was put on back order and I did not receive it until his game Friday night 10/28/22. My son wears a youth large in all clothing so that is what I ordered him. When I opened the sweatshirt it was too small to even fit my youngest son who wears a youth small and the customization was not on it. I called the following Monday 10/31/22 at 10:06am and spoke to someone who informed me they would let Glen know and he would get back to me. I did not hear anything back. I called them back today 11/17/22 and was told by Glen that this was the first he is hearing about it. That I should have called back in September when we got the orders. I informed him the sweatshirt was on back order, I didn't get it until 10/28 and I called the next business day. He told me that there was nothing he would be willing to do other than refund me $5. I paid $33 for the sweatshirt and an extra $5 for the customization. My youngest son can not even wear this sweatshirt because of how small it is. He was not apologetic and refused to do anything other than refund me the $5 for the customization. I will NEVER be ordering from them again.

We were very impressed. Thank you to Papa's for helping us out so professionally. We would highly recommend Papa's for any apparel needs.

I ran into this little hidden Gem to find a couple little gifts for 2 littles that are always so good in my section at the Dome they have so much in the way of apparel didn’t have a little stuffed Otto that I had in mind but the man in the store gave me a couple dome cheering fingers touched my heart thank you so much I’m sure the boys will love them will definitely return for birthday and Christmas shopping check them out
