Destiny USA, Pacsun - Horrendous, filthy store and terrible employees. Their employees racially profiled my significant other. He was walking around looking at merchandise while also holding merchandise in his hand, that he planned on purchasing. They told him that he was not allowed to walk around the store with merchandise and that he would not be able to try anything on.

Lower stock than another pacsun store that I went to recently. Only one or two for some brandy melville items and some stained brandy stuff too. Felt like there was less to choose from compared to the one that I went to recently.

Closed for multiple days due to “leak in roof” like they can’t just put out a bucket? Store always looks terrible and they close early on multiple occasions.

Glad to see this place is getting the one stars it deserves for rude employees. I went in today and there were not even five people working. Maybe three people shopping. Me and my boyfriend were browsing around looking for gifts for christmas. When I came to checkout I had a sweater and said I had placed it for pickup but it wasn't ready yet so I grabbed it just in case. One of the workers (that I was not speaking to) aggressively grabbed the sweater away and said I just finished your pickup I don't know why you grabbed another one. I said thank you and just tried to ignore the aggression. The cashier gave me multiple dirty looks and silence as I was checking out my other item. Come to see the pickup bag had the wrong item in it, they were rushing me out. The cashier slowly dropped my receipt in the bag without looking at us or saying have a good day, the environment was so uncomfortable that me and my boyfriend immediately looked at each other in confusion as we walked out.

I went into Pacsun today and walked out as a survivor of antisemitism. The entire store was blasting Kanye songs. At least 7 songs played while I was there and each and every one were by Ye. All the staff was gathered behind the register singing along to his lyrics and promoting him. ANTISEMITISM at its finest! This is disgusting. I am deeply offended along with the rest of the Jewish community the last few days. Kanye isn’t even good, YB BETTER! Let’s not forget the fact that Pacsun still continues to sell Yeezy products, you are pretty much asking to be racist.

I came to Syracuse for a good time with family and friends. Excited to shop till I drop. I come to pac-sun looking for a zip up hoodie and I left with an experience of antisemitism. As I walked in they were blasting Kanye music song after song. Also every single employee working was singing along, dancing with smiles on his face. (Take Note a good 3 days ago Kanye has been making very antisemitic remarks, he has been dropped by so many brands in regards of that) So I am utterly shocked to see that Pacsun is still selling and playing anything in relation towards him. Pacsun please do better.

Such rude employees, went here with my boyfriend on a Sunday and went in at 5:15. They were closing the store at 5:30 when it was supposed to be closed at 6, and weren’t Eve gonna let us use the dressing rooms st 5:20

It has been some years since I've been in PacSun and I'm quite surprised at how different it is now.This store is definitely loaded with product! There is virtually no empty space anywhere so you are bound to find something (or several things) that you like. It is set up well easy to navigate and clean. While PacSun sells thier own brand, they also sell brands like Champion, Playboy, Van's and more. They also have some good sales, but I noticed you have to catch them at a good time.The staff is ok. I know how difficult retail can be and I know people have bad days, but if a customer is spending almost $300 in your store, please don't act like you are better than me when your ringing me out. There is some major attitudes in there!It is absouletly imperative that you TRY THINGS ON in this store, especially with the PacSun brand! Sizes are not constant, clothes are cut awkward, materials are cheep or just strange. Don't wait until you get home!For younger kids (I was shopping for/with my daughter, but did find a few tops for myself), the clothes are ok. They aren't meant to last more than 3-5 washes in my opinion.The rewards program is excellent and I highly suggest you sign up! You even earn points by opening their emails.Overall, it isn't the worst store but it also is far from the best. Quality is a bit sub par.Again, please try things on before you buy them!

Pacsun, do better. This location is supposed to close at 7PM on Monday. I come back to return a sweatshirt that didn’t fit right at 6:40PM. This older blonde woman has the whole store closed and catches an attitude when I confronted her politely asking if she could let me in.This was an expensive item that I don’t want to waste my money on if it didn’t fit right.I live 1.5 hours away and this is the closest pacsun to me. I now will be driving back to this location just to return one item. Extremely upset with how I was treated, considering it wasn’t even supposed to be closed yet.Considering going to a new location next time or just avoiding this location all together next time..
