Staff are rude, No customer service skills!!! EVERY time I’ve gone in there (even stopped at one point) they don’t help you and they even show the annoyance on their faces when you approach them. My husband and I went in for the first time after a year of the rudeness, I asked if they had a shoe in a size. The guy just responded with “no. Everything is out.” And walked off!!!!! NEVER even offered a ship to store!!!! I tossed the shoe and we walked out! They NEVER even offered to look in the MESS of unorganized shoes that aren’t even in the right spots on the shelf.No wonder they never have anyone and famous footwear does. We had GREAT service when we went to famous footwear after walking out of this place.

The customer service here is terrible. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. The cashier didn’t even talk when I was cashing out and she kept giving dirty looks to me and my husband.

Customer service is so terrible here. My teenage sons (16 and 17) entered the store to look around while I used the bathroom. When I went to enter the door was locked. I knocked and was ignored. There were at least 2 young girls working who were standing near the door, but ignored me for whatever reason. I knocked louder and was still ignored. I began to panic. It wasn't yet closing time and I couldn't get to my kids! Eventually they looked towards me and I shouted that my kids were in the store, but the girls working would not open the door and wouldn't even speak to me. I continued to knock on the door yelling that my kids were in their store and they just ignored me. Eventually my son had to come to the door and finally a worker came over to unlock it. When I entered the store both of the workers began to fight with me because they said I wasn't supposed to come in once the doors were locked. It wasn't even closing time yet so I don't know why the doors were locked. I tried to tell them over and over that my kids were in the store shopping and naturally I had the money so they couldn't pay without me, but these girls just kept fighting with me even though one of them was at the register ringing out a different customer. She should have focused on her customer and not me. Also if they're going to lock the doors early they should change the closing time to 6:30 instead of 7.
