“Once again I have been the lucky recipient of a gorgeous bouquet from Raos. Their flowers are outstanding and the arrangements always unique. I am always amazed at how long they last. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Great place. My wife and I went here last weekend because we were stir crazy and needed to be in the sun and see other humans. This was the only greenhouse that was open (or at least that answered the phone). For those of you not familiar with northern living, and more specifically, the dreary gray gloomy mid winter in Central New York, it's rough. Most greenhouses just close the doors in late Fall and ride out the gloom until Spring. Not only was this place open but it was bustling with customers and enthusiastic and engaged staff. All that and sun streaming through the whole place. What a huge boost for us! They have tons of plants, pottery, curated second hand findings, and artisan hand-made goods and all reasonably priced. A welcome oasis filled with vibrant life, in a vast bleak tundra. What a great experience! Will be back.”

“We came in this afternoon to look at a few items and get ideas for a project we are working on...... Place was organized we knew exactly where we're going when we walked in.... Just as we walked in the front door a lady was at the Front registers and greeted us with a hello.....”

“They've got the most assortment of plants I have ever seen anywhere else in all my travels. As a farm boy myself I was intrigued by the volume of plants They've got here. You name it, They've got it. All seasons and all occasions. I got myself a cactus succulent for their ability to withstand long period of non attention and watering. Since I won't be around most of the time. And their prices are reasonable.”

“Very good display of poly wood furniture. You are able to order the furniture in many colors with a few weeks' lead time. We're not shopping for plants or other gardening supplies. But they seemed to have a good selection of plants, and you have the ability to get mulch and top soil by the truck load. I think they deliver also, but call and check. Would shop here again.”

“Went to the Erie blvd store for the first time for cohesive bandages for my dogs tail as he is suffering from hot spots and allergies. Spoke with Erik at checkout who was very friendly and helpful. Gave me other suggestions as far as shampoos and discussed different types of foods that may affect my dogs allergies. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this store. Great products.”

“We arrived with a load, the staff who had to unload had already left, but another friendly worker was able to unload us thanks, so it was good and they were friendly and fast, good space. Thank you Lord for helping us not to leave us burdened, since we come from New York City.”

“I prefer this over other home improvement stores, because don't have to worry about not finding what is needed at this store. I can't explain why they're not more locations, maybe it's the competition or company policy, but going online to find what you need at the store could also be a Time-Saver.”

“Straight forward, no BS.Billing is not straight forward. One invoice for the rental deposit. One invoice for the credit.YOU have to match them up for the actual charge.”

“So the running joke is that the Home Depot has terrible customer service and associates hide from you when you go there. I had to run to the garden center for something, and had the opposite experience. The staff member manning the entrance greeted me when I came in, and helped me find the item I was looking for. The aisles are a little wacky and he wasn't able to direct me perfectly, and I had to do some wandering and scrounging. Still, he was so nice and at least seemed willing to help, which is more service than I usually get in these kinds of big box home stores. I'm not super handy so I can't really weigh in on everything here, but the garden center was pretty nice.”

“I do deliveries to most of the Home Depot's in upstate New York for the company I work for.. Home Depot is usually pretty great with me , in and out and lots of room to make tractor maneuvers real easy to back into the doors..”
