Went to syracuse VA for a rash on my leg. Had to see dermatologist Hani ALKHOURI worst treatment I have ever received from a doctor. I put a complaint in with Doctor Joan Mitchell about my exam. She said it's okay for the doctor to look up your ass without a grown for a rash on my leg. I don't know what kind of doctor Joan Mitchell goes to. Dr Hani ALKHOURI did no biopsy or other tests. I went outside the Syracuse VA for another exam. They did a biopsy my rash and I got the right diagnosis. I find Doctor Mitchell to be incompetent and doctor Hani ALKHOURI a pervert.
