We had a major outage that we believed was a result of some faulty switches. Northland Communications helped us order new switches and gave us loaners to help us get back up and running. I really appreciate their partnership and their willingness to help when a company is in trouble.

This is an absolutely awesome company to work for! My Father has been employed at Northland for the last 12+ years. The wonderful things they do in the community and the way they treat their employees is something you can't find in an employer these days. If they treat their customers anywhere near as good as they treat their employees you will not have a problem doing business here. This is a great group of people providing the best service possible.

Just purchased a new phone system from Northland and the whole experience has been great. From the initial sale, set up and customer service - everything has been exceptional. Any question that arises, the turn around time for troubleshooting has been fantastic. Great local company!

We needed to do a complete technology infrastructure upgrade including business telecommunications, data backbone and a new data center. Northland partnered with use through the entire process. They brought system engineering, hardware/software installation, project management and training expertise to the project which came in under budget and ahead of schedule. Since project completion, everything has just worked (unlike the situation that existed before). Their after go-live support has been excellent. I look at their team as an extension of our IT Department. A great corporate partner and one that I'm looking forward to working with on future projects.

Awesome company. Every time we've needed service at RCB Fund Services in East Syracuse they have been quick to respond. In particular Dennis Timmons has proved to be a friendly and responsive technician.

I support multiple systems that tie into Northlands equipment, from phones, door securities, to intercom and paging systems. When we need support from Northland they are extremely responsive and easy to work with. I have done multiple projects with them and each and every time they are in constant contact with me, instead of leaving me wondering what is happening. I have nothing but good things to say about Northland communications, along with its techs.

I work in the same building where the Syracuse office is located and I feel that the staff is very outgoing and friendly whenever I encounter them. We have had social activities in the past and have developed a great relationship.
