Convinced me to trade in my old vehicle for a new one with payments car broke down in less than 2 months didn’t even finish paying it off before engine failed. Then told me I could pick car up on a specific day or I would get a refund, go there on that day plus 2 more days after Mohammed was no where to be found. Then two weeks later said the car was fixed but I had to give money towards repairs, paid him $1000 for the car to not even go over 20 miles per hour and it’s still not repaired.Services: Electrical repair

This supposed to be some where you take your vehicle to be repaired but once they get your vehicle they take forever to fix it and parts end up missing from your vehicle this place is not the place to take your vehicle New York Auto on east colven street.

Ii went to NY auto to have my car repaid it needed a few things I bought parts the parts put on front wasn't done right I took my car to Monroe muffler to get checked for noise they informed me that NY auto on colvin st Syracuse NY cut a hole in my frame illegally and my daughter pipes weren't done properly it's burning my car because it's touching needs to be cut properly and welded right it has bubbles in the welding and it's bouncing when I drive hitting my car underneath sounds terrible I took back to them because Monroe won't touch it because hole in frame they told me they will fix it my car never got fixed left it there 2weeks they kept lying saying it's in shop being worked on I went there ech time it was outside coverd with snow owner kept avoiding me so I took my car home still driving it with noise I have to find someone who will redew there job right they only work on drug dealers cars who come in wanting car done I know I've been there sitting watching this I'm very angry I trusted them to fix my car and they just destroyed it I'm calling motor vechicle about the hole they cut in my frame and the mess they did on my car please advise people to not go there.
