Omg! I just came from this place...A pre Mother's Day gift that ended in disaster. The owner let her 18 yo daughter do my toenails. They are going in ten different directions. Then she had someone else try to fix them which was even worse. They took my $50 though as I don't want to be another black woman arguing with an Asian. I will never go there again. My plans are ruined. I can't go outside like this n I had the nerve to wear flip flops in. I could not wait to get to my car. Poor customer service n greedy for money. NEVER AGAIN. Oh and I was going to get my nails done but changed my whole mind.

Arrived at 1:30 & asked to wait 30 minutes. The owner took 4 other walk-ins who came after me!!! It is now 3 pm and still not served!! I will never visit this place again ! Oh, and by the way, the owner ripped the toenail off of a customer and then at the end of the service and said she didn’t do it

I usually go here every time I need my nails done. I am very disappointed with my service. My skin is literally ripped off above my nail bed. It’s still bleeding days after my appointment and it’s chipping already. If you’re going to make this big of mistake and harm your clients you should at least offer a discount on the service.
Extremely disappointing and a waste of money.

The service is very bad.She charged extra price while billing. But when I booked the appointment,she said it’s a different price. And she’s very arrogant.I asked for a specific design. But she did a complete different design. She didn’t even do it similar to the one I asked for.

Nails did not match the picture we showed at all. Nails are crooked and uneven. Rude emloyees. Will NEVER go back!

My original eyebrow lady moved away? so I gave it a chance with someone new I like my eyebrows thick just shaped...half of my eyebrows are gone !! So thinn!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE I went here to get my nails done cause I have been looking for a place to get my nails done affordable and cheap when I walked in I said how much for a full set acrylic and for a pedicure she told me 154 for both when on the sign it said 35 for a full set I said I just want my nails done she tried to push me to get me to get both I said no I'm sorry I don't have much I am not paying 154 on something that came off a couple of day later I sat down and was getting my nails done she burned me with the nail drill I didn't say nothing cause there wasn't nothing they were gonna do as I am getting my nails done she didn't lay the acrylic right I asked her for short square she gave me long nails when I asked for short she didn't even ask me to confirm the length of the nails she just continued to do my nails when I got got up I noticed the place is not clean and it was expensive I am disappointed

Not sure the name of who did my nails they were very nice and friendly, but very rushed. Skipped multiple parts of the normal process. Used drill on my skin multiple times and in place of other steps again for quickness. Nails are chipped and uneven. Polish starting chipping as soon as I got home. Uneven polish job. I’ve never had this bad of a job done on my nails before and I’m really not a picky person. Thumb is completely chipped as well.Service: Acrylic nails

They are so rude . The man was clearly agrivated I asked to see his powder colors throwing them on the table rolling his eyes like he didn’t want to do my nails. Then after he tried to cut my nails with toenail cutters and I said I didn’t want them cut he got mad and said he can’t do my nails. Thank you bc with your nasty disposition I was going to walk out anyway . Very rude no customer service and no powder options . I would never go back there

NOT a good experience. Paid to get my dip powder nail polish removed and it was a painful experience. They used a file instead of acetone and my nails felt like they were on fire. After he was "done" I still had a thin layer of the dipping powder on most of my nails. Went to the salon downstairs and paid again to have them finish the job correctly.
