VERY RUDE!!!! Came here trying to get my tire replaced and when asked if i knew the size, i said no and the man at the front replied with “of course.” Was giving a lot of attitude the whole time. Don’t waste your time here. Do not recommend.

Excellent experiences all around. I've brought my car in more than once to diagnose various issues and they've always been able to get my care in quickly and accurately figure out what is wrong. Would absolutely recommend the Erie Blvd location in a pinch!

I called over 20 places to get an inspection for my car, I got the same answer, not today and even some not until next week. The management of Monroe on Erie Blvd and Lodi said they were busy but would take care of the inspection. Very rare to see a "can do" attitude. Friendly, professional and courteous service.

Got a slow leak in my tire fixed on very short notice. They were polite to everyone who was in the shop while I waited and explained repair options in an easy to understand manner. I’ve had three problems taken care of at 2 Monro location recently, and I’m a fan.
