“Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.”
“Nice and clean store, friendly and helpful staff, good selection of phones some being only offered by metro. Prices are misleading but not super expensive. The service and activation price can add 70+$ onto the total. Bad parking lot makes traffic difficult.”

His name was shaq and even when I came in to activate it and switch phones, he was super cool and had a great vibe and energy. Absolutely was amazing”

I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. Made sure my phone was set up accurately. Even gave me suggestions for thing I can do later on with my plan. She broke down all of the benefits of my plan and answered every question I had. “I worked with Caitlin McCann at the ATT store at the Destiny Mall in syracuse NY.She provided superior service. My issues with all the devices on my account wasn't an easy or quick fix. She was patient, kind, and was very professional during the multiple phone calls to customer care, port and activation, and back to customer care which totaled well over 2 hours of being on the phone. She advocated for me and helped resolve my issues with sincerity. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.”
