I entered the store to pickup a few funko pops I had been missing in my collection, I grabbed the 3 I needed (it was 3 for $33) and proceeded to check out and leave in a span of about 6 minutes id entered a nearby store saw one of the pops I just purchased at mind games but in a special edition. So I went back to mind games to return it and had a whole ordeal where they couldn’t refund that single pop because of the deal they had going so I had to wait there while the older woman tried to get a hold of 4 separate people to process the refund and failed (although I chimed in multiple times to just make it store credit then I’d choose a new pop and exchange it so we could hurry it along as she ignored me) finally she listened and as I asked for the younger girl to get the ladder to grab a high up funko pop she told me it wasn’t the same price (even though it was) so I grabbed whatever just to get out of there. Horrible experience, mid customer service and terrible return policy. You need to change up your business style and hire better employees. Never shopping here again when there’s 10x duplicate stores which are way nicer and cheaper too.

A very unique puzzle and broad game shop. Different things around any corner. Looking around the place is just funny to see these items just fascinating. Good place to buy a person of birthday gift.

The worker we worked with was amazing, and you can tell that he enjoys working here. He was very easy to talk to, and we could make connections with different shows. Also he's a Steve Harrington lookalike and acts like him too, so that's pretty cool. Overall the store and atmosphere is amazing.

This store sold us an RC bubble crab toy that didn't work from the start and after communicating for weeks with the company, they ultimately refused to help us without making us drive 3 hours back to Syracuse to return it, after their whopping 7-day return policy. It would cost us more in gas to go there and back rather than have them provide us with shipping costs to return it for either a replacement or a refund. They wasted our time and money and I have a $35+tax toy that doesn't work. Will not be shopping there again, and neither will my friends/family.

Store was amazing they have a very large selection of funkos and a whole bunch of other great things check them out and they have 10 out of 10 service

Been in here twice, both times watched and followed like I was stealing. I'm a 37 year old man wearing jeans and a hoodie. Never have I ever been followed in a store before like I was both times in here. Literally every time I transitioned to the next aisle the employee moved to that same aisle glancing constantly.... I did not purchase either time as I'm not going to buy something from a store that feels the need to assume I'm a shoplifter just for entering their store.

Today i saw a two pack of samurai swords in the store window. I decided I might be interested in buying them. I entered the store, slightly moved a rack that was partially, but not completely, in the way. I was just picking up the sword to look at it when the manager (who had been standing there the whole time) ran over and started flipping out.He literally screamed at me to put the object down and get out of the store in the most disrespectful tone I've ever heard from someone in customer services. I stood there for a moment and stared at him, then said, "okay, but I don't need your disrespectful tone, sir."Apparently, customers aren't allowed in this section alone. There was no sign there saying so. The rack was not blocking the area entirely, and even if it was, it needs a sign. Second, the manager did not need to scream at me, or use his disrespectful tone, or demand I leave the store.A polite request and an explanation on a proper tone would've yielded the same result. Your store would've retained my regular business and probably sold the swords I was looking at.Your manager is not acceptable.

Manager yelled at me for picking an item up to look at it more clearly. Did not have any respect towards a customer whatsoever. Told me to leave the store in the most disrespectful tone I've ever heard. Will not be returning to this location, will be taking my business elsewhere where I'm treated as a valued customer.

Very cool store with a lot to look at. However, an employee was so rude to my children I would probably not go back. I was next door at Torrid while my children shopped, ages 13, 16, and 18. They were browsing and deciding what to buy as they had money with them. They were followed, reprimanded for carrying items they were considering purchasing and when my oldest set down an item she was going to buy, it was immediately whisked back to its spot on the shelf. She had to leave the store because she started to have an anxiety attack after feeling like she had done something wrong. My 13 year old had to then stand there with the things the 18 year old wanted to buy until she came back. I went in and bought them but if I had known what had occurred, I can promise we would have bought NOTHING. Completely rude.

Staff was incredibly sweet. I didn't even end up getting anything from the shop, and instead was referred to other places in destiny USA for the specific item I was looking for! They really went above and beyond to help me out even though they would miss a sale!!!

My husband and I took our boys to the mall and we went into Mind Games to look around and this one employee was showing my kids this IR Hand Motion Drone. We were on the fence about getting it but our boys really wanted it and they owner of the store said they were really well made and can take a beating. It takes a lot for them to break. Well we have had it less then 24 hours and it is already broken. I said take it back to the store but we live over an hour away so I really don't want to take a trip to the mall. Lesson learned will look on Amazon from now on. There are plenty of drones on Amazon that cost the same.
