Annoyed because I waited a long time at custom framing counter, hit the assistance button several times and nobody responded, no workers around to ask for help when I finally went up to the front and found someone they said there's no custom framing today, would be nice if they put up a sign at that department so customers aren't standing around waiting, will go elsewhere for my framing.

Avoid this store at all costs. They handled what I can understand is a difficult situation of internet going out so they could only accept cash, in the most unprofessional way possible. I spent over 30 minutes browsing for items, just to be told we are only accepting cash. No sign on the door, or anything of that matter. Was told they couldn't accept coupons anymore, but the coupon actually did work. What was the worst, was once I gathered from change in my car $20.49 I was short 40 cents. I was told I could not buy the item unless I had the exact change. In a situation like this, a manager in a difficult situation should accommodate you. I offered other creative solutions such as purchasing it online, but was told no. When complaining that the customer service was poor, I was told to leave the store and they "could not deal with this right now". This is simply not how you treat a customer. Corporate should re-evaluate this store and their customer service and get them training ASAP. I know I won't be visiting this establishment anytime again soon.

Went into the store and couldn't find anyone to ask for help searching for a product. Got in line the extremely long line and asked the cashier once I finally got up there if there was anyone who could help me mobile order my item since no employees seem to be available on the floor. She did not even apologize for the inconvenience and told me to just "use google". I mobile ordered and it took them almost 15 minutes to bring my product out after I called to check in and see when they would be out. Once again the employee did not even apologize for the wait. Horrible customer service

Convenient location. Decent customer service. Snack prices are a tad higher than competitors but then again who comes to Michael's for snacks? Great selection of whatever you happen to be in the mood for crafts wise. I always like to peruse the aisles looking for gifts, ideas or both. Fun times!
