I went to this location because I’ve had bad experiences w the other metro store downtown…that mysteriously closed. So everything went ok w me activating my phn, however when it came time to pay he charged me $40 for the activation. Later I received a text from metro saying they received a $27.84 payment. I called the store and he said that they will send the receipt text of the difference in a separate text. Weird. He had no other explanation and remained quiet on phn. So I called metro and they said that the payment was fraudulent. They had me call the store on 3 way and the clerk left us on hold. Then when we called back we kept getting fwd to vm. They are currently under investigation.

I never got my free phone when I first signed up with them and my phone service been acting up since I left that store and it’s very unprofessional

Just a heads up for people that have Metro and you did the $15 pandemic payment, they will be charging you I had to pay $143 because last month they only charged me 15 so now I have a balance of $63 on to that because my For $150 payment was not paid. So no you are not being help for the Corona your just getting screwed over for a balance of whatever your usual monthly bill is - the $15 falsely advertising this offer This is not helping just putting us more in a difficult situation!
