I brought in a iPhone to activate on a $30 BYOD plan. The guy tried to tell me I have to activate on the $50-$60 plan. Then when I showed him he was wrong he wanted to charge me an activation fee and a SIM card fee. I previously was a district manager for metro pcs and made him clear of this and he still argued with me being wrong the entire time then tacked on fees because of hurt feelings.

Wife and I was due up for updates so we stopped in the store on a whim....WOW DID HIT THE COME UP!!! ?? my wife got the Samsung A14 and I grabbed the Samsung A53, BUT THEN...!!!! WE WALKED OUT WITH 2 FREE SAMSUNG A7 lite tablets and free phone line for life!!!!!! Oh yeah...! The service from the guys there was awesome! They did way more than I expected!

How do you have a promo and no one knows the answer on how to get the rebate manger was rude and the sales person was not helpful no knowledge after saying how much they have to train well i guess you and your manager were in the same class you know nothing this is the worst service ever paid 300 and the phone was suppose to be 99.99 Zero Stars

I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life. The two girls that work there are some of the rudest people I've encountered. Not to mention neither of them seem to know what they're doing whatsoever. After telling me the only plan they would sell me was the most expensive one that I didn't need and charging me for it they couldn't even activate the phone and then tried to get me to buy another sim card. After half an hour I was finally able to get my money back with no explanation as to why the brand new phone bought through metropcs wouldn't activate. If I could give zero stars I would.
