Usually I do business at Metro for Mattresses for my furnished properties, but decided I would stop in to get an upgrade for myself. Ken made the process quick, informative, and seamless. The showroom is clean and welcoming, and has a good selection of the latest models. Will be back!

Now I understand why this business has a 4.9 rating (hundreds of reviews.) My guess is that the 4.9 is real, not a bot that creates 5-star ratings. The sales process was painless. I'll have a final review next week after delivery. So far, "flawless."

My wife and I went in knowing very little about what we wanted in a new mattress other than the size, and Robert took the time to walk us step by step through options that fit our price range, and dialed us into our top 2 choices surprisingly quickly. He was fantastic and our experience couldn't have been better.

Our salesman was fantastic! He had expert knowledge about the different brands, sales and the newest therapeutic mattress. I would highly recommend him to people looking to buy. In fact I have a niece and a nephew who we are referring them to this salesman.
